Never sent me a code for the door... I reached out multiple times and had to call VRBO for assistance. This was very stressful as there were no other places to choose from, so the last min run around was a pain. I will say, VRBO was amazing in offering me a full refund plus compensation to find another location. I will still need to get reimbursed by VRBO, but at least I didn't have to pay out of pocket.
