What makes this property unique
After Hurricane Helene, most homes in the Beaches area were damaged or destroyed. This home had no damage except for the dock. That has been repaired and ready to rent. This is a solid house that makes you feel safe and secure. Gorgeous sunset views with that deep water access to the Gulf at the boat ramp. The dock is on a tidal canal that is great for flats fishing boats but not so much for bay boats. If you have a bay boat, you can unload and load every day without sitting in line at the public boat ramp. That's a convenience that is priceless
