The property was true to it's listing. Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly property management. We had a small maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. We were here for a MLK baseball tournament. This place was a comfortable location for us to relax while in between schedules. The villa location was deep inside the walls of a highly secured location. No easy way to get in or out. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks guys!

Sybil, our host, was excellent. House was very clean & had everything we needed. There were some spot lights out in the kitchen but it was not a major inconvenience.

The host and their property manger responded to questions in a very quick manner. Plus they did follow up to make sure we were satisfied. The home was very clean and well stocked with towels and the kitchen had supplies as well. The pool area was the star of the show. Every morning my wife and I sat outside on the covered porch enjoying the view and the quiet neighborhood. We saw numerous birds as well as a couple of roadrunners. Then we had the ability to jump in our own pool. The kitchen was large and clean. All the appliances were in great shape and worked flawless. We enjoyed several meals there which saved us a lot of money verses eating out all the time. The whole complex was quiet morning thru evening.We would definitely reserve it again when we visit Palm Springs in the future.
