This brand-new Tiny Home upstairs unit overlooking vineyards, lake New Melones and rolling hills with majestic oak trees will quickly put you into a state of tranquillity and peace. Imagine sitting on the big private deck enjoying a glass of wine from our local wineries and reading your favorite book with a breeze from the lake cooling you off. This is modern sustainable art of living on a small footprint, yet it offers all the beauty of simple living with modern comfort such as wifi, A/C, washing machine and a well equipped kitchen for own meal preparation. Our built- in bed can serve as a twin day bed or transform into a king size bed for two nestled right next to a big window overlooking an oak tree.
This unit is located on the second floor up a beautiful winding steel staircase at the end of a private road. Staying at this one of a kind home is living in the Gold Country/Sierra Foothills at its best.
Besides the bottom unit that sleeps up to 4 guests (VRBO 4066484), the owners also rent a casita just one mile up the road that comes comes with a private pickleball court (VRBO2004460 Mi Compania Dulce)

Hidden Gem on a Vineyard!

This tiny home was the perfect fit for me and my husband to enjoy a relaxing getaway. The views are spectacular and the property manager was so friendly and welcoming. The town was so quaint, and we enjoyed wine tasting, the New Melones Lake, and exploring the vineyard. The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. The home was brand new and fit all our needs. We will be staying again.

Tiny House Bliss

I had a weekend stay at the end of September and I will delighted at the site, the room, the kitchen (full sized refer!) & the bath. All systems 100% AC/Heat, utilities, and wifi. It is breathtakingly beautiful, with panoramic views to the surrounding lake, hills, and vineyards. Highly recommended and I will return this year. Really a gem!

Beautiful, relaxing and cozy

What a view! The top of the tiny house was a perfect home away from home for a few days. It had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I had a special request which they were able to accommodate and were very responsive and friendly. The small road has a few signs towards the end to help direct you. Perfect off the grid feel without actually being off the grid!

Tiny House is Amazing!

I had a really great time at the Tiny House last week - this is my 2nd visit and even better than the first. The place is always setup and ready to enjoy with the full kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice bath. The house is well arranged to optimize efficient use of space and has plenty of light and circulation. Also, the heating/AC really works quickly, quietly and is easy to adjust. The deck gets a lot of light in the mornings and that is where I have my breakfast and coffee. The views are really nice and calming with views of the lake and the oaks on the property. The Wi-Fi works great, cell reception is good, and the setup is conducive for working (if you have to). Highly recommended!
