Welcome to Hare of the Dog! This beautiful, updated, one-bedroom, one-bath condo is located in the Town Center of Lost Rabbit, across from the marina. It overlooks the Ross Barnett Reservoir and sleeps 4.

This condo was originally a commercial office space and still features some of its industrial charm, including exposed pipes and high ceilings. With that, you may occasionally hear water running through the plumbing—either from this unit or from neighboring units above. It’s completely normal for the building and part of what gives the space its unique, urban loft feel!

Located on the ground floor, parking and entry are very convenient.

If booking with us during the weekend, you can enjoy Food Truck Friday, held at the Marina (across from the condo) from 6 - 9 PM. Enjoy live music and food trucks from local vendors. Event and hours are subject to change, per the HOA.

✔︎ This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect quiet hours.
✔︎ The 2 French Doors in the living room are not entry/exit doors. If you must open them in an emergency, pull up on the handle, and then unlock or lock. You must keep the handle help up, while locking or unlocking.
✔︎ Established quiet hours, unless otherwise stated, are 8 PM - 8 AM
✔︎ A $500 hold will be placed on your account as a security deposit. If no damages occur, the hold will be released, and the funds will be refunded 7 days after checkout.
✔︎ Do not open French doors unless you have an emergency.

✔︎ This is a quiet residential community. Please respect everyone`s quiet time and privacy.
✔︎ The pool and rooftop terrace are for condo owners only. Guests are NOT allowed. There will be a $500 fine if rule is broken. This is an HOA policy.

✔︎ This is directly on a lake, there are bugs!
✔︎ There are alligators in the reservoir. Please be cautious and safe.
✔︎ No smoking.

✔︎ There are two fire alarms, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. They are for emergencies only.
✔︎ Please do not pull down on the water faucet in the bathtub. This is fragile.
✔︎ Please be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were your own :)
