O local possui um bom comércio perto, estacionamento fácil.
Condomínio possui muitos gatos em suas áreas externas. Imóvel precisa de uma atualização de seus utensílios de cozinha, fogão e outros. Cama de casal ortopédica, muito dura. Mobília deixa o apartamento parecendo menor.
