Hike in the national park, visit the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, pick up souvenirs and outdoor gear at the Village Shops, and then head back to your retreat in the Smokies to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peace of the mountains.

Brew some coffee and make a country breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen before relaxing in the rocking chairs outside or cozying up in front of the big screen TV. Everything was outstanding and the location was very accessible to all main Gatlinburg attractions. Only one situation for us was that the mattress in the single bed room was very, very hard( not very comfortable )but the all rest was excellent.

Nice locations - very convenient!

Gateway to Gatlinburg was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I was there for a tradeshow and it was very conveniently located to the convention center and downtown Gatlinburg.

The property was nice and spacious. The highlight was seeing bear at the property. It could have been a little cleaner inside the house. The beds were very comfortable, which was much appreciated after all the hiking and walking we did. All and all, we had a really enjoyable time.

Fantastic weekend vacation spot.

Awesome Gatlinburg vacation rental. Extremely clean home and kitchen supplied all our needs for cooking meals and snacking. Hot tub for relaxing was terrific .Just a short walk for shopping was a plus. Excellent location for family quiet time. Living room was excellent with fireplace and plenty of seating . Great rental for family

Loved this location. House is great. Be mindful because there are bears everywhere. One got in our car while we were unloading. I would highly recommend this stay! Just beautiful!

Great place

It was great. There was only a couple of things the coffee pot needs to be replaced due to staying on all the time when plugged in. The refrigerator needs to be swapped out.

Great Alternative to a Hotel

This cabin was awesome for myself, my sister, and my BFF. We saved money by being able to eat in and not having to pay parking. Both upstairs bedrooms are en suites, and the 1/2 bath downstairs was very useful. Loved the balconies on each level, and the hot tub was great (just be sure to turn up the temp. when you arrive because it takes several hours to heat up). All in all, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

No lions, no tigers but...Bears!

Property was great. Excellent location and vety clean!. I would also like to add it was one of the best beds i have slept in!BUT...take bear warnings seriously, there are 2 that apparently frequent the neighborhood, one juvenile and one adult. They are master car door openers! The smallest one opened my daughters car and climbed through. Luckily the bear was gentle and did no damage and it was an experience of a lifetime! Just lock your doors!! Best visit ever!

Wonderful location, room for multiple vehicles, and great size rooms. The kids loved the bunk bed and the king beds were very comfy. Plenty of space for my family of 5 and my parents to enjoy each others company. But, the towels and sheets weren’t clean, there was damage above shower that had mold, the air conditioning was leaking in the closet, and the tv cable did not work. We couldn’t get the tv to play anything until the last day. Would love to see this cabin have a washer and dryer and fix some of those issues, then would definitely stay again.

It’s truly disappointing to hear that the linens weren’t clean upon arrival, and that’s absolutely not the kind of first impression we want for our guests. We’re glad we were able to bring out fresh ones quickly, but we regret you had to deal with that in the first place. The damage above the shower, leaking air conditioning, and issues with the TV cable are unacceptable, and we’re already scheduling repairs so future guests don’t face the same problems. It’s especially frustrating that the TV only worked on your last day, and we know how inconvenient that must have felt. We also appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about adding a washer and dryer, as it’s something we’ll be considering for improvements. It’s great to hear your family enjoyed the size of the cabin, the comfortable beds, and the location, but we know those positives don’t erase the hassles you experienced. We’re sincerely sorry this was your experience, and we truly regret the inconveniences during your stay.
