This place was ideal for me and my friends, a true ski in ski out. You can walk to all areas of the town as well. There were 3 large hot tubs so we never had to wait. The unit was a little small but worked well for our group of 6.
It was a great place and location. Not having towel service or laundry was a big let down. The laundry room was small and the app did not work and couldn't do 2 loads at a time, wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out. It would have been nice to have the towels be serviced at least one time during our stay
The property has an excellent location a short ski down the bottom of the Merlin run to the Blackcomb gondola. Building is very nice. Pool and hot tubs outside were fantastic. Beds in the condo were great. The small gas grill on the deck was wonderful for cooking steaks, burgers and chicken. The table fit 8 people comfortably. We slept 8 people in this condo with 2 in the living room on the pull out futon/chairs as described in the listing. This worked out fine. The only real issue we had was with the "fully equipped kitchen". It was bare bones at best. 8 plates, 8 forks, 8 bowls, etc. The bare minimum to support 8 people and it didn't really. We had to go out and purchase paper plates and bowls as well as plastic utensils in order to eat multiple meals in the condo each day. There was only one baking pan in the condo. A minimum of two would be needed to prepare any baked items/dinner for a full group of 8. The kitchen was empty of everything, including salt and pepper, when we arrived. The good things about this condo far outweighed the issues with the kitchen items. I would recommend the owner invest in increasing the items available in the kitchen to support a full condo. We would stay here again.
This property was ideal for a getaway to Whistler/Blackcomb. It was well-appointed, very clean, and in a perfect location (quiet, close to all activities, etc.) Would definitely book this location again in the future.
Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance, but the dual hot tub was great! Building is a little old, but has everything you need. Its about a 15 minute walk to the central village. Bike storage is nice. The bunk and queen bed combo was good. The master bedroom was a tad small, but workable.
Had a wonderful time. The place was perfect for the 8 of us.

Great location. Well stocked kitchen with all the things we needed to prepare our own food.
Nice appartments, although slightly smaller than we expected. Comfy beds - could have done with light blankets or lighter duvets for summer conditions. Air conditioning units were a somewhat innefectual. Too noisy to keep on at night & not able to pull the blinds down fully to keep out heat of the sun during the day. Would have been nice to be able to open the bedroom windows to let in cooler evening air as it was quite suffocating.
It would have been nice to have a Bluetooth device to play music on.
Aside from that we had everything we needed. The appartments was well furnished and comfortable. Plenty of spare towels, lots of cups, plates, glasses and pots/dishes - great for those who like to prepare their own meals.
The BBQ was great but was not clean when we arrived and we had a bit more flame than expected. Fortunately no damage - we did our best to give it a bit of s clean but it might need some more attention.

Adequate
This property was pretty good. It wouldn't take much to upgrade it to the next level but if you're looking for the basics, it's there.

Great place
It was an excellent place. Very well cared for and clean. They really need to better stock the kitchen, but otherwise it was perfect for us.

Great location, comfy space for 4 adults
Condo is in a great location for winter or summer activities. Our biggest complaint is that it gets really hot & stuffy without the room air conditioners on. They are quite noisy. It was unbearably warm when we checked in. Also, the bed frame in the master is too large & it’s hard to get around in the room because of the furniture. We’d definitely stay again though.

Excellent Location in Upper Village - 75 Steps to the Slopes
Nice ski-in and ski-out property that worked well for our family of 6 people (2 adults and 4 teenagers).
Located just steps from the Upper or Blackcomb Village, which is the much smaller and quieter village of the 3 in Whistler. Its next door, or 200 steps up the ski hill from the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and Four Seasons. Close to the shops in the Upper Village, and about a 12 minute walk, or free bus ride, to the hustle and bustle of the main Lower Village area.
PROS
- 75 steps from the ski valet pick-up near the front desk, to the slopes where you step into your skis or board. From there, its about 100 meters downhill to the bottom of the Wizard lift, and Blackcomb Village shops. Super easy access, and probably the least amount of walking with skis and poles of any condo/hotel in Whistler. From the ski valet, it was approx another 75 steps to our room. Very short.
- Hot Tubs were large, hot and worked well. They were a bit crowded at peak post-ski time (5 pm), but not bad. The large tub with the center island (great for setting one's beverage on) was a bit noisy, as the air intake for the bubble system was loud and noisy (some people took to jamming a snowball into the intake pipe to quiet it - mgmt needs to address this).
- Condo Unit is "nice". Its a standard 2 bedroom layout with main room in the center flanked by bedrooms on the the sides. It did feel like each room was a touch bigger than most 2 bedroom units we have stayed in at other ski resorts. The "european" or "IKEA-style" couch in the living room looked odd and uncomfortable, but it unfolded to two twinsize beds that our boys loved. They usually kept one side unfolded and in the bed position during our stay. So it looked odd, but worked great. Same for the Master Bed. Its on a pedastal that is wider than the mattress, and you run into it with your feet a half-dozen times walking around the bed the first day. But the ledge makes for a great spot to put on your socks, shoes or ski boots.
- Good kitchen/cooking equipment and supplies (pots, pans, knives, etc.)
- New fridge w cool blue interior lights
CONS
-dishwasher leaked onto the floor
-master bath tile is old and 2-3 tiles have large cracks
-kitchen has formica countertops
-no spices or seasonings. In many condos the spice department is overflowing with leftovers from prior guests, providing a wide selection when cooking
-Ski valet overwhelmed at morning pick-up, 5-15 minute wait
Upgrade tile and add granite
