Great location for fishing and outdoor sorts

House is located just outside Roy Lake state park with a nice view of the north boat ramp and swim beach. Location puts you within short drive to over 15 lakes with good to excellent fishing.House amenities allowed us to prepare meals, take care of laundry, park and service our boat, and relax. A state fish cleaning station is with 1/4 mile to make that processes easier as well. The location of this house would be ideal for the fishing and hunting seasons. Special thanks to the owner who greeted us and gave us good local information. Will definitely be booking future stays.

My wife and I retired to this area and thoroughly enjoy the quiet and relaxing solitude of living by the lake.

Why they chose this property

There are only 4 homes on this tract of land above the lake. Sprawling in front are twenty acres of prairie grass between the houses and the lake. There is a abundance of wildlife. Depending on the time of year you will see deer, ducks, geese, pheasants, wild turkeys and much more.
