This spacious duplex offers comfortable accommodations with modern amenities. It features two bedrooms: the master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, an attached bathroom, a TV, and a walk-in closet for convenience. The secondary bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and an additional single bed, ideal for families or larger groups.

I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, surrounded by its rich musical heritage and southern charm. After my formative years, life took me to various corners of the globe. I've experienced the lush landscapes of Costa Rica, immersed myself in the vibrant culture of Venezuela, and now find myself settling down in Texas as I embark on retirement.
The Dallas Fort Worth area has captured my heart, prompting me to invest in a couple of properties here. Initially, one of these properties was intended as a haven for my children during their college years, yet now that they've all moved on, I've converted it into a duplex for rental. It's proven to be a fulfilling venture—I've found joy in managing the property and interacting with a diverse array of tenants and visitors.
My love for different cultures and languages has always been a driving force in my life. I relish the opportunity to learn about people and places worldwide, and having a rental in a city that draws visitors from around the globe allows me to engage with individuals from all walks of life.
