With stunning lagoon and golf views and an easy stroll to the ocean, you’ll be sure to be loving life at 15 Lake Village Lane. Recently remodeled, this wonderful 3-bedroom, 2 bath offers luxurious amenities and one of the best views on the island, off of the beach! Don’t let the location fool you, the beach is an easy walk just 10 minutes away, much of it along a well-cared for beach path. Best of all, are the sunsets at 15 Lake Village Lane. Ideally positioned, the sun sets down the coastal lagoon with the Harbor Golf Course across the water. Enjoy one of the most beautiful low county sunsets sitting by the water as the sky turns from a brilliant pink to a deep orange in minutes. You will not be alone, as dozens of white heron perch seasonally on a small island in the middle of lagoon most evenings. It is truly breathtaking!

15 Lake Village provides a serene place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Wild Dunes. The living room has vaulted ceilings; its interior is illuminated with natural lighting and outfitted with a sumptuous sectional sofa and large swivel recliner. The positioning of these furnishings makes this room ideal for conversation or watching a movie or sporting event on the flat screen television. Adjoining the living room is a beautifully decorated dining area and nicely renovated kitchen. The dining table has views of the lagoon and comfortably provides seating for 8. The kitchen and dining space are separated by a nice granite peninsula counter. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, fresh white cabinetry and all essential appliances. Also, off the living room is a versatile sunroom that provides seating for dining or plush upholstered chaise lounges for napping or enjoying the view.

On the front side of the accommodation you’ll find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bathroom and walk in closet. One of the guest rooms is furnished with two double beds and the other a king bed. Both guest bedrooms share access to a nice hall bathroom. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit and are available for use. Entertainment features for this condo include four TVs, four DVD players, an ipod docking station and high-speed internet with wireless access!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Beautiful view of the Lake
This property was perfect for our family. When we checked it a few things were needed and the company responded quickly. Very clean & comfortable. The sunroom and deck were perfect for watching sunrises, golfers & the beautiful wild life. Fully stocked kitchen but bring all your cooking needs (oils, spices, etc). Only salt & peeper were available. Small parking area in the front of the house. We had 2 golf carts for our beach access and a large truck. We made that work in the driveway which was half paved, half gravel. No more than 2 cars will fit and no street parking. A great house that we would return to again! Love Wild Dunes!

Very nice property!
This is a very nice cottage, right on the lake, with a view of one of the Wild Dunes golf courses. Clean, fully furnished, and everything worked! Other family members stayed in an Air B&B rental a few blocks away and were very jealous of our VRBO lodging!
