Newly remodeled town home with high end finishes & furnishings. Master bedroom with king bed, larger attached bath, walk in closet, and private patio. Queen guest bedroom with walk in closet. Office (large desk space) with queen sleeper sofa, memory foam mattress. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Living room has larger motorized reclining sofa and two swivel chairs. Patio off of the living room. Covered parking space in front of townhome. New a/c. Wifi. Fitness center, tennis court, and two pools with hot tub in community.

Scottsdale fantastic 3 bedroom

Nikki is an awesome host. Her place is completely renovated and furnished with top of the line furniture, and amenities. Super clean. I believe we were the first to stay in her unit and were thrilled the minute we walked in the door. Very quite neighborhood and right next to the walking/biking path. Short walk to the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with more than necessary items. We much appreciate Nikki sharing her home with us. Thanks, Tony
