First, we were only provided 8 towels, including for the pool use. There were 4 of us so we had to wash towels midway through. The one dryer took hours to dry so we had to keep going back. They only provided 3 rolls of cheap toilet paper, so we had to buy more. The elevator was not close, so we had to walk up two flights of stairs after walking around Disney all day. The hot tub was more of a warm whirlpool. The blankets provided were thin bedspreads. My family likes actual thick blankets. The apartment was overall clean. The code for the keypad that was given to us was wrong so we had to call to get the correct one. The keypad decided to act weird midway through. First, it didn't lock at all from the outside until we opened and closed the door about 10 times. Then, the rest of the time, it would take about 4 tries of putting in the same code before the door would open. I just liked having the kitchen.
