Escape to this gated private residential community in tropical Ecuador! It's only 3 minutes away from El Dorado shopping center, one of the biggest mall centers that Guayaquil has to offer. At the main gates, you will find nearly every amenity you need. From pharmacies, to coffee-shops, and more. There is also a beautiful community pool, located only a few steps across the street from the vacation house. It comes included with the home, as does the children's pool and waterpark does as well!

What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique, is the time and care which has been put into making it a home. I myself plan on retiring here one day, so I have taken a special attention towards making it not only livable, but comfortable as well. The house has a smart electronic system built into all of its devices, making it a modern house complete with all the amenities I could ask for.
