Conveniently located within walking distance of vibrant restaurants, cafes, and markets, it is just 1 mile from City Park, the Denver Zoo and the Museum of Nature & Science, and 10 minutes from downtown Denver, making it an ideal home base for exploring the city. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this newly renovated space features an exceptionally comfortable 12” green tea cooling mattress for a restful night’s sleep, a full bathroom with heated large-format porcelain flooring, and a fully equipped kitchenette stocked with a coffee bar, ice maker, electric kettle, toaster/convection oven, microwave, portable induction stove, rice cooker, slow cooker/instant pot, and all essential cookware and utensils (all brand new!). Each of the two floors feature a 50” Roku TV and premium sound bar, providing seamless access to your streaming accounts, with guest logins automatically cleared upon checkout. Our Park Hill location provides easy access to public transit with direct lines to Anschutz Medical Center, National Jewish Health, Union Station, and other key destinations. Alternatively, use Uber/Lyft or rent an electric scooter or bike to explore the city.
