Beautiful Ocean Front Condo - Vacation Resort in Cocoa Beach - Great pool

This is a beautiful condo at a very nice resort property with lots of activities and amenities. The condo is very clean and well maintained. This updated two bedroom condo has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo sleeps up to six guests. Washer and dryer are inside the condo. There is a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The master bathroom features a jetted tub. For families with infants and toddlers, a crib and high chair can be provided free of charge (upon request).

The beach towel machine is located in the lobby and is accessible with your unique key wristband which is provided during check-in. Beach towels are available 24/7 at no additional charge.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly on the beach by a private vendor (hours of operation may vary). Vendor does take reservations in advance and fills up fast. Information can be provided for booking in advance, please inquire.

The property is located in central Cocoa Beach. There is a supermarket within a half mile and plenty of restaurants nearby. The convenient Cocoa Beach location brings you close to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within an hour from Orlando, FL.

The property features a large Outdoor Pool, Outdoor jacuzzi, Sauna, Poolside Tiki bar, Fitness Center, onsite Restaurant, Tennis, Basketball, Pool Volleyball, Shuffle Board, Ping Pong, a Game Room, Billiards, a Movie Theater, a BBQ Area, Complimentary Parking and Wi-fi. Nearby you can enjoy surfing, golfing, kayaking, parasailing, deep sea fishing and Kennedy Space Center just to name a few!

This condo rental offers a great vacation getaway which can be as active or as relaxing as you choose to make it.

**PLEASE NOTE**
The property assigns unit numbers at check-in (for all guests). All of the 2BR Ocean Front units for rent are exactly as shown online with the same bedding, furniture, décor, layout, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. High floors are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Floors 3 through 7 have an excellent view. Floor requests are only taken in person during the 10am pre-registration, please do not arrive earlier than 10 am on the day of your arrival. Check-in is at 4 pm (Please note, the front desk staff will start the pre-registration process at 10am and you must be present to place requests). If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready.

We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

Our stay was great. The building was well maintained, pool was enjoyable, ocean and beach were beautiful. The Hilton is next door which provided a nice location for morning coffee and afternoon and evening cocktails. You could walk up the beach about 1.5 miles to the Pier and south about 1.5 miles to Coconuts. Restaurants in the area had wonderful food. The units are all being updated with new furniture, and we thought what was there was already nice. The pull out sofa bed was extremely comfortable. We would stay there again.

A Wonderful Place!

We had a wonderful time at The Resorts at Cocoa Beach. The unit was well appointed and clean; and had everything we could need to spend time with our daughter and grandchildren. The pool and water sprinklers were perfect for our age group. The indoor play area was clean and well maintained and supervised. The unit was well equipped and tastefully furnished. My only comment is that the washer/dryer could afford to be updated, but aside from that, it was perfect!

False advertising - Don't bite.

This is called Cocoa Beach Resort and is a timeshare. If you want an inexpensive hotel for a family stay with small children it's O.K. but if you value your surroundings on vacation don't bite. It's not a gorgeous, and there's a reason they took aerial view pictures. First off, the pool is nothing like it appears in the picture, it's next to the parking lot. Every time the sprinklers go on it smells like sewer. The hot tub is nice and hot but on the roof next to the pool. The kiddy splash area is about four feet by four feet. The poolside bar is a tiny shed. The bedrooms have been updated, but they have a strange moldy type odor. The water from the shower smells like rotten eggs. probably haven't cleaned the pipes. Even though on the surface it may look clean, it feels and smells dirty. I feel sorry for the people that bought into this timeshare.

Large, comfortable 2 bedroom condo was clean and well equipped. Front desk was fast and friendly. Security guards were polite and helpful. Bartender at pool was super funny and helpful. Can’t beat the value. Wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was for the good price. Pleasantly surprised.

Perfect getaway

We were only able to stay in the area for 3 days but this condo was perfect! At first we were disappointed that we got the condo on the 2nd floor so didn't have a view of the beach, however all the amenities made up for it. The condo was exactly as described. Easy access to the beach, great Mexican restaurant onsite, loved the pool, hot tub, game room. So many great activities nearby. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. I called maintenance about little ants in the kitchen and a wonderful member of the maintenance staff was literally at our door in 5 min. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for

This 2 bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach with ocean front balcony. Easy driving distance to several local seafood. Two bedrooms for privacy and the unit was very clean. The beds (mattress and pillow's) were very comfortable, even the pull out couch. Our visit was very timely and we were able to see a satellite launch from our beach.
