CONTEMPORARY COASTAL CHARM - 2nd FLOOR, FULL BEACH VIEWS, FULLY RENOVATED

Enjoy the beautiful beach views from all the rooms throughout the day. (Other units face neighboring buildings, so you have to go out to the balcony and look sideways to actually see the beach.)

This unit has been completely transformed. The expanded kitchen has a new layout, a tile back-splash, large pantry and extra tall cabinets with soft close hardware. Beautiful beach views can be seen from the full-length sofa or recliner or watch your favorite show on the large LED TV. The bathroom also has been fully renovated with new fixtures, walk in shower and a shower panel with body jets and shower wand. The 534 sf unit also benefits from impact windows, modern, easy to maintain 12 x 24 inch tile floors, free dedicated fiber optic WiFi and cable TV with on demand service. The unit has a dedicated covered parking space.

The unit is located in Sunset House North, one of the lowest density buildings on the beach, and faces West offering stunning views of the Gulf. The complex is well managed and maintained with an over-sized pool and tropical landscaping. There is a luxurious club room with library, massive TV and table shuffle board; inviting BBQ/ patio dining area and of course there is direct private beach access.
The building is conveniently located near some of Marco Island's most popular restaurants


Please Note: inquire about pricing and availability before booking dates for stays less than 30 days and if dates straddle more than one calendar month. January stays typically start on January 2nd. February is only available with a January booking. A February + March booking is typically only available with a January booking or a February + March + April booking. The condo association charges a separate fee, currently $153+, that is not included in the listed price. The condo association conducts a background check and requires a 7-14 day approval.

Dream vacation ‼️

The property was perfect, the most beautiful view from our deck every day ! And if you didn’t want to leave the condo, you could tan right on the deck! Sunset House, the condo building was also beautiful. And offered a laundry on each floor for residents ! You are just steps away from the pool & a short walk to the beach ! Our condo had everything provided, & the owner was very quick to respond to any questions or help we needed, thank you !

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Pool und den Strand

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement ist für die Größe von nur 50 qm perfekt ausgestattet und wir konnten problemlos unsere Garderobe usw. verstauen. Die Vermieterin Deborah war sehr gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick war super. Der Balkon bietet allerdings wenig Privatsphäre.

Beautiful Setting

This unit was perfect for our needs and the views were amazing, especially the sunsets! The unit has been renovated recently and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design and decor. The bathroom was top notch, like being in a fine hotel. We enjoyed the fresh sea air and long walks on the beach. The building was undergoing renovations and will be beautiful when it's finished. The owner was very helpful. If you're considering a trip to Marco Island, look no further.

Great Unit with Fantastic Views

This unit far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it. The unit has been renovated to a very high standard and extremely well designed. It is extremely comfortable and inviting with lots of natural light. The bathroom is better than any I've ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything I needed. The best part was the view with fantastic sunsets nearly every night.
