Perfect House

We had a large group for a fishing and hunting trip in the area and this house worked out perfectly for us. We loved the house; clean, nice and roomy and we enjoyed the outdoor space.

Time well spent

The house was great for our family! The pool, the fishing, the location to good food and lots of activities. It was clean, and all the bedrooms having their own bathroom is so awesome!

House was in a nice location, beautiful view, plenty of room, porch was great-lots of seating (which is where we spent most of our time) Incidentals-Refrigerator-The ice machine not working correctly (called about that-fixed part of problem then wasn’t dispensing ice, missing a shelf in the refrigerator, dirty pans in the oven, the kayaks were filthy, exhaust fans in both the upstairs bathrooms made a loud squealing noise, kitchen faucet needs fixing-whole unit turns. I left note of what we found wrong & needing fixing

Family Trip

The house was clean and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for our family. The waterfront location was great for fishing and kayaking. The owner was quick to reply if we had a question. The outdoor deck could use some TLC but overall a great week!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!

This house was perfect for our party of 10! Every bedroom as a bathroom! A MUST HAVE for all us ladies! The view was gorgeous! And the deck is HUGE! It has plenty of chairs and areas to sit and enjoy paradise!! And that dining table is huge too! Everyone LOVED LOVED LOVED it!

Nice place to stay

Nice property for a large family vacation. The house is in a secluded area on the water. Close to beaches. Property managers were friendly and responsive. The house has beach supplies provided which is extremely helpful. A couple things in house needed updating - like towel racks. But overall loved our stay at this house!

Beautiful outdoor space

We booked this house because of the waterside location and outdoor amenities. We were not disappointed! And spent a lot of time on the veranda or under the tiki hut, where the constant breezes made for comfortable temperatures. The kitchen is a bit small for a large house. Renters should know that one of the bedrooms can only be reached through another bedroom. Overall we enjoyed the house and would highly recommend it.

The house was perfectly located on the water, however, the house needs a lot of updating. The furniture is broken, one shower leaked, he pillows were flat. The online listing photos are not an accurate depiction of the current state of the house.

Good deck and pool, not a nice house

The property is in disrepair. It needs a lot of love to make it worth the price tag. It was musty and dirty and there was damage to almost every room in the house. The shelves in the fridge were broken. There was no dresser in the master bedroom or double bed bedroom to put clothes away. There was also a random bandaid stuck to the ceiling. It would be perfect for a bachelor party but for a young family for a week, we found ourselves disappointed. The location on the water is the one redeeming quality of this house. The neighborhood was also not what we expected. Pawn shops dollar stores and weed stores were the closest retailers. The ac also stopped working while we were there. They sent a repair man out the next day.

College sorority sister reunion

6 ladies all mid 70's just returned from this property. We were very excited by the pictures and the description thinking we had found the perfect spot for our annual trip, but were pretty disappointed when we saw the actual home. The pictures must be more than a decade old, many of the the beds were not the least bit comfortable, the furniture in the living room and the deck was not what was pictured, and the deck was a hot mess, not to mention, dangerous with popped-up nails and weak boards causing some stubbed toes and a few tripping incidents. Having a pool was a wonderful plus, but it does need work to bring it up to what it should be. The deck railing was broken down and the gate to the stairs down to the dock was gone from the hinges. The screen doors were all missing and a few were lying on the deck and the rest appeared to be with other trash from the home in the weeds by the deck. We found mold around many of the exterior doors and the ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms were unbalanced and clanged loudly making them unusable at night. It should be noted there is no garbage disposal in the home somewhere before someone assumes there is one. We did have the main AC unit go out and it got up to the mid 80's in parts of the home, but that was fixed within 24 hours thankfully as the heat index was pushing 100 every day. The location was great and the view was beyond wonderful and relaxing! This could be a most amazing property with upgrading and TLC ~

House was great. 6 adults, 5 kids and there were enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Would definitely recommend. Good restaurants nearby and a ten minute drive to Delray Beach. It was the perfect house for our first Florida baseball tournament.

Intercostal stay

The views were absolutely amazing, and I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom for added convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook and entertain. The deck was spacious, perfect for relaxing, and the pool was wonderfully warm.The room with the twin beds could use some improvement in comfort, and it would have been nice if each room had more hangers in the closets. Additionally, the house could benefit from a little TLC to bring it to its full potential. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and with just a few adjustments, it could be even better!

Perfection near West Palm Beach!!!

We had a great experience at this wonderful home on the water. We arrived late and the owner had gone in advance to turn the lights on and have everything ready. The furniture/decor is super cute. All 6 bathrooms were spotless and the entire home was very clean. The views from this location are incredible sunrise to dark. We enjoyed the pool every day (shout out to pool boy Ian), the very large deck, and the cabana with the lights at night. The hot water never ran out despite 6 women showering at the same time :) We took the kayaks out for a spin too. The location is perfect! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

It was the perfect answer to our golfing women to relax and strategize between rounds. The home was expansive and the huge deck was fabulous with beautiful views day and night. It was the highlight of our trip!
