Apartment in the very center of Sofia, close to all sights of the city. It is located opposite the entrance to the "Patriarch Evtimiy" metro station, with a connection to Sofia Airport. In the immediate vicinity of the city ground transport stops. There are many restaurants, shops and caffee-shops around. Spacious and cozy, in the spirit of old Sofia, this is your place for an unforgettable stay, during a vacation or a business trip. It is equipped with everything you need for your comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Free Wi-fi and NETFLIX with cable TV and fast internet. Dedicated work space. It consists of a spacious living room, separated into two parts, with a rest area and a work area. There is a sofa which is extendable and suitable for sleeping. A spacious bedroom with two beds, with the option of configuring them into a bedroom. Quality bedding. Spacious bathroom with bathtub, towels, hairdryer. Iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee machines, toaster, kettle for hot water and various utensils for eating and cooking. Check-in is done personally by the host.

The recently renovated Graf Ignatiev Street and its adjacent streets offer a wonderful opportunity for walks and a short break with a glass of your favorite drink. The "Sveti Sedmochiselnitsi" church is located nearby, and Vitosha Blvd. and Slaveykov Square are within walking distance.

It is the very centre of the city surrounded by many cultural spots for sightseeing and visiting. There are numerous resaurants around, offering local, as well as international cuisine, Bars, coffee-shops, pubs, confectionaries, taverns are around. The street is famous for all-day shopping. There are parks and churches at walking distace.
What makes this property unique
My place is located in the very center of the city, close to many public transport stops, allowing quick access to any part of the city, including the airport. The apartment is bright, spacious and clean and offers all the comforts for both a long stay and a short break.
