This place is a really nice and convenient for anything you want to get into in New Braunfels. The host responded quickly to any issues that arose which made our stay less stressful.

Nick is a very responsive host and answered all my questions! The location is right off of 35 and conveniently close to all the different attractions New Braunfels has to offer! The condo was quiet and clean.

This is a GREAT location (easy/close to everything), super clean, bed is comfy, and Nick was sooo responsive and friendly. We’ll def be back.

Check-in was 4 PM. We had said we would be there around 9:30 PM, but we had left our football game early from Austin. When we arrived at the property at 7:00 PM and entered the door code. We could not get in to the apartment. We were told we were not authorized as of yet because we said we wouldn’t be there till 9:30 PM. Please keep in mind. Check-in was 4 PM. They finally responded after 20-30 minutes of us not being able to access the property. They said it was our fault that we couldn’t get in. I gave it two stars because the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartment smelled like old smoke probably before they remodeled it. The worst of it was the tiny red roaches that came out at night and got into our luggage and other belongings. I gave them an opportunity to right this wrong in a way they saw fit. Their response was simply thank you sharing concerns. I probably would not leave such a terrible review had it just been one thing. They blamed me and said I entered the code wrong. Then I said I wasn’t allowed to be in the property until 9:30 PM. When we could not get in the property, they blamed me for two reasons and never accepted responsibility that they had errored. When I brought everything to their attention, they made no effort to accommodate us for our inconveniences. These were not just bugs. These were the tiny type of roaches that are found in very dirty and unsanitary properties and restaurants. My advice to you is rent at your own risk.

Super easy place to stay!

This apartment was super convenient for our trip. Being only a few miles from New braunfels main attractions was really nice. Nick made the check in/ check out process super simple and was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our stay.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Nick’s place. It had everything we needed and was soooo close to all the good stuff in New Braunfels. Check in was easy peasy! Host was very responsive to any questions. Beds were super comfortable. All amenities were there and exactly as advertised. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to float the Comal!

Felt really Homey!

This was a great stay. We were here for a quick visit to Schlitterbahn and Gruene and it met all our expectations. The bed was so comfy I took a picture of the tag to replace mine! We unexpectedly had to use the laundry and were so thankful it was right in the unit. My only complaint is there is an emergency light right outside the bedroom window that is incredibly bright all night. It wouldn’t be an issue if you have a sleep mask so wanted to mention for future light-sensitive sleepers!
