Nice and modern new condominium with full kitchen, laundry machine, TV hall (can be used as as 3rd bedroom), 2 views sea at front from the terrace next to the kitchen and dinning room and trees and the mountains on the bedrooms, fan and silent AC on all of them.

Master Bedroom has also an elliptical machine not to get out of shape!, own Wifi and 46" flat screen on the studio all with luxury finish.

Home away from Home

This place has become a second home when I go to Acapulco. Everything is perfect about this place, from location to owners and house itself. I’ve stayed here a few times now and will continue to book this place when I’m in town.

La propiedad muy buena

El sismo de septiembre daño la alberca con lo cual no se pudo usar, al igual que el servicio de internet. El dueño del departamento contrató internet/tv satelital antes de nuestra llegada. Asimismo el ascensor no estuvo utilizable durante el hospedaje. El dpto se encuentra muy cercano a una playa bastante concurrida. Actualmente en la cuadra hay una construccion que genera mucho trafico vehicular en la calle y ademas de muchisimo barro. El departamento esta en buen estado, con algunos detalles menores, pero las fotos representan fielmente lo que se alquila. El dueño es muy amable y cordial, siempre dispuesto a colaborar para resolver cualquier inconveniente.

Nous avons passé 45 jours dans le condominium de M. Parra. L’appartement est réellement tel que décrit et montré par les photos de ce site. Situé assez assez près de la mer. Très bien équipé avec des meubles et appareils récents. Lits très confortables. WIFI qui fonctionne excessivement bien. Le propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement sont facilement rejoignables. Appartement très sécuritaire. Nous envisageons même d’y retourner l’an prochain pour possiblement un plus long séjour. FORTEMENT recommandé.

The property is well maintained, bright and airy.

We stayed at this property for 29 days. We were quite impressed with the layout of the condo, the large master bedroom with ensuite, the additional bedroom, den, large living room and kitchen and a second bathroom. We found the property to be clean and very well maintained with no signs of any bugs. The large balcony overlooks the Main Street and the ocean. During the day and evening there is a beautiful fresh breeze from the balcony. We spent some evenings watching the activities on the Main Street. The owner was helpful and quick in answering our many questions. As well the administrative office was always on hand to also help with any issues or concerns. Knowing that there is 24/7 security at this property also gave us peace of mind. We did a lot of walking both on the beach and on the Main Street. We took a boat cruise on the Bonanza which was quite enjoyable. And we enjoyed pizza at Forza Italia which is very close to this property. All in all this property exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this to friends and relatives.

We are a big family! use to go to Acapulco to work and also enjoy the the warm weather, attractions and beautiful things the city has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Because it has the perfect and safe location on Acapulco (Have kids) to work, leisure, rest, know restaurants, museums, go to the beach and everything with a great view and a lot of ocean breeze to enjoy a a wonderful vacations. We also liked the modern and strong construction, the position and way of the apartment for the air flow to go from back to front and nice arquitectural design.

What makes this property unique

Having a breakfast seeing the spectacular skyline and the sea, forgetting cold on winter, seeing the costera's night life from the terrace when to tired to go out :), 24hr security. Acapulco has to offer many things Santa Lucia Bahia with a lot of fun at you disposal, jet sky, paddel, sea fishing, have a masaje. And the city around the apartment you have Papagayo theme park for kids, "El rollo" aquapark, Clif divers from la quebrada, "El fuerte de San Diego" museum, Restaurants of all taste and nice Discos, just ask us!
