This property is located within a quiet, residential neighborhood on the pristine west coast of the island, just minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket, petrol station, 24-hour medical centre, taxi stand, public transportation and some of the best beaches on the island. It is also close to the the Bellairs Research Institute.
Recently renovated and fully self contained, the apartment has one-bedroom and one bathroom (ensuite). It is updated, spacious and outfitted with Insect screens and security grills on all windows, Granite counter tops, AC unit in the bedroom, Ceramic tiles throughout and built in closets and cupboards. The apartment has been tastefully designed, with modern and comfortable furniture, new appliances & lots of counter/closet space. A queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room can be prepared upon request, or a folding bed provided in the bedroom, for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is well equipped with both large and small appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and bake ware. The apartment has its own private entrance, and outdoor living spaces (patio) where alfresco dining can be enjoyed. The patio has insect screens (MOSQUITO MESH), ceiling fan, security bars and lockable gate. It is well maintained and is meticulously clean.
You will have access to sun loungers and beautifully manicured gardens and lawn. There is automated security lighting, the property is fully fenced, has security cameras around the exterior parameters and GATED entrance with KEY ACCESS ONLY for your added security. The casual way of life on the island, makes living here almost perfect, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love the outdoors, especially the beach, meeting people and fostering lasting relationships; I have made friends in every corner of the world during my travels and meeting visitors to the island. My family has been providing accommodation to visitors for the last 15 years in the Sunset Crest Area, and this newly renovated property is a welcomed second addition. I am sure that you will fall in love with the island as I have, and together we can create for you a memorable vacation.
Why they chose this property
Sunset Crest has always been a highly desired area, with visitors referring to it as their 'second home'. From the first time I visited this property, I fell in love with it and had to have it. The building was surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens, the area was quiet, safe and peaceful, and the property was perfectly located, close to all amenities and within walking distance to some of the best beaches on the island.
What makes this property unique
The Sunset Crest area provides an unbeatable location, since amenities and beaches are all within walking distance, and it is not necessary to rent a vehicle for getting around the area. The neighborhood is residential and peaceful, providing the perfect haven for rest and relaxation but also great for guests who seek adventure and exploration. It is safe for walking around and most guests are repeat visitors who simply can't enough of the popular Sunset Crest. There are shops, restaurants, banks, shopping centres, cafes, ice-cream and pastry shops, public transportation, police station, 24-hour medical centre, pristine beaches, and ‘Limegrove Lifestyle Centre’ which provides many options for dining, entertainment and shopping. You will have FREE use of the swimming pool (kid friendly) and facilities at a lovely complex nearby called The Beach House. Several bars in the area offer live entertainment and daily 'happy hours' and there is an upscale club/lounge nearby. There are lots of beach activities nearby, such as jet skiing, snorkelling, and boat tours where you can swim with the turtles or simply rent a beach chair/umbrella while relaxing on the sand; it really is the ideal vacation spot. I will show you around the area when you arrive, and point out all of these places of interests, and am happy to make recommendations on activities, entertainment and dining; I can arrange tours/activities/vehicle rental and am available to you at all times via email and telephone before and during your stay. I am always willing to assist however I can; my guests are my main priority and you will not find a more caring, attentive and helpful host, as I strive to create the best vacation experience for you.
Because there are three apartments within the same property, it is perfect for groups who wish to stay together, while maintaining privacy, as each unit is separate and has its own entrance, patio and living spaces (entire property can accommodate maximum of 14 guests).
