About this property

Casa Serpiente, A Red Rocks Retreat

Come stay and play in one of the few homes in Red Rocks park. This newly remodeled home has exterior stone quarried from across the ridge, view galore, old world vibes and pilates studio access (additional charge). Situated a mile from Red Rocks amphitheatre (20 min walk), 2 mi. from adorable Morrison, 6 mi. from Golden and conveniently located off of i-70. The perfect location for a concert stay, ski vacation or quiet retreat in nature ( NOT PARTIES).
This listing is for the whole home and has a full kitchen, private bath with shower, queen bed and bunk alcove (no door between beds). It also includes the studio unit which has its own private bath, queen bed and kitchenette. Great for 2 couples.

You have outdoor access onto a patio overlooking the foothills.

Please enjoy this gorgeous and convenient location. Be alert! You will see deer, rabbits, snakes and more... We are onsite often as I teach pilates in the basement (open to private sessions). We are currently constructing a family home adjacent to the Casa.
This home is extremely special to our family and we look forward to hosting you soon!

Second stay as wonderful as the first

This was our second day at this property. This time we booked both units and the charm, cleanliness, atmosphere and pure delight was equal to the first time we stayed. This will be our go to spot anytime we are in the area! I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Where to start? The communications were on point, check-in was easy, and the property is divine. From the cleanliness to the style and decor to the location… Everything was perfect. Good design creates not just a beautiful space but an overall feeling and vibe - and Casa Serpiente is vibing! The amount of work and love put into this property is immediately apparent then continues to flow as one discovers more small details. We felt cared for, thought of And ensconced in comfort. We even had fresh scones, dropped off one morning. I 100% recommend a stay here without reservation!!

Casa Serpiente...a serene escape everyone deserves to experience at least once...

Erika has created the Mona Lisa of hidden mountain retreats. Her home is ideally situated in picturesque Red Rocks; whether you're searching for a quiet reprieve from the world you left behind or the radiant energy of Red Rocks Amphitheatre walking distance from the house, you can't be better positioned for all the area has to offer.  Immediately entering her home you feel the intention and care of the space reflected in the design aesthetic and quickly realize you are in a special place. As you settle into the comfy cozy environment you will slowly realize the gem isn't just inside; the breathtaking natural world surrounding you is visible from every room and is never more than a few steps away. Erika was a pleasure to communicate with from start to finish.  She was mindful and understood the purpose of our trip and offered enhancements and recommendations that only a local would be able to offer up. Our trip was short and packed with both adventure and relaxation thanks to her. From the baked goods left for us upon arrival to the uber soft linens we curled up in at night, Casa Serpiente was our home away from home. As a world traveler 3x over, Casa Serpiente is now on my very short list of places I plan to visit annually.
