Private resort-style pool. Spacious new house 16 min to Jordan-Hare stadium.

Gorgeous, new house on 11 acres with private resort-style pool and huge game day porch. Extra-large, covered gameday porch with TV, ping pong table, outdoor dining table and plenty of seating.

3rd night can be added for $1,200.

Sleeping arrangements for this property:

1) Main floor King bedroom with ensuite full bathroom (separate tub and shower and two vanities).
2) Main floor Queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom.
3) Main floor Queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom.
4) Main floor Queen sleeper sofa room.
5) Upstairs bedroom with King bed and ensuite full bathroom.
6) Upstairs Bonus Room with 2 Twin beds (trundle). This room does not have a door.

We also have a few air mattresses for kids wanting to sleep with parents in their bedroom.
There is an additional full bathroom off garage that can be utilized as well. It has an extra washer/dryer set, too.

Private resort-style saltwater pool is fully fenced. Pool is 40'x16' with a 8.5' deep end and diving rock. There are several lounge chairs, side tables and umbrellas for shade. Please be careful and enjoy!

We are 16 min from Jordan Hare and 8 minutes from Waverly, AL. Waverly is home The Local restaurant, Wild Flour (an amazing bakery and must visit) and also the curated Fig & Wasp store. We highly recommend all three!!!

This home is beautiful and a great place to stay if you want to be in the Auburn area. It was so quiet and had plenty of room for two families that were staying there. We would highly recommend this property!

Why they chose this property

We have lived in Auburn for 9 wonderful years. We moved to this new home to have the best of both worlds...11 acres with pasture, hardwoods and room to roam, while only a 16 minute drive to Jordan-Hare Stadium.

What makes this property unique

Home is new and clean and mostly on one floor. The main floor is all hardwood flooring. House is designed for entertaining and comfort. From the oversized kitchen island opened to the vaulted ceiling Great Room and Dining Room, there is space for everyone.
Oversized, covered game day porch with dining table, seating area, TV and ping pong overlooking the beautiful property.
