Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave thermostats at cool 76 degrees and fan at auto during the hot months. Heat 68 degrees and fan at auto during the cold months.
When checking out leave all trash bags under patio or in the alley next to the pool pumps.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outdoor noise has to be cut at 9pm, as far as music on speakers or yelling. This is an HOA community and police will be called out for noise complaint
