My family of 7 had a great visit for seven nights. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean house. Nice pool. My only complaint would be that the matress in the master bedroom was very firm... had 3-4 days of stiff backs before we adjusted. But overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

This is our 2nd time booking this property. Some of the categories to rate should get more than 5 stars. The price value is 7/5. The Host/Hector is responsive and invisible unless you need Return visitors are appreciated and he lets them know. The grocery store is only 2 blocks away and Fast EV charging is also 2 blocks away behind Starbucks. The EV charger should be listed in the property description. Second was as good as the first.

The house was very clean upon arrival. The structure itself truly needs maintenance. There is rotted wood around the master bedroom french doors as well as the front door. There was a bit of an ant problem in the master bedroom and bathroom as well as the front door. Had to keep luggage and things off the floor. Thermostat in master bedroom was not working properly but not a big deal. It stayed cool enough in the house. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to AT&T stadium. The pool was nice and clean and cool after a hot day. The house might need a water filtration system as well. Water was not good to drink and it left hair feeling gummy after shower. Also, there were a few roaches in the kitchen area. Hector assured us he would be taking care of the vermin issue and was quick to get back to us. He was very kind as well when I realized we were not charged a pet fee as the house no longer accepts pets, but he let our Gurley stay.

If you are looking for a comfortable, roomy place to stay in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, look no further! Our family came from various out of town places to celebrate our mom and this house was even more perfect than we imagined! All the adults had plenty of space to visit. The outdoor space was PERFECT as it provided nice shade for the adults and endless hours of fun in the pool for the kids. The kitchen was appropriately large to accommodate our group and everyone was able to eat around the dining room table while the kids ate at the smaller kitchen table. Communication with the host was timely and both check in and check out was easy with the clear instructions provided. Even more, the house was pet-friendly, which is important to my parents as they take their mature dog everywhere. All in all, this house is competitively priced and worth it. Highly recommend!

Great time in Dallas

The house was great! Big enough for our family and having a pool made it that much better. Located in very nice part of town with easy access to interstate and shopping. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
