Fantastic Villa on the hills above Patong

We had a great stay at this Villa. It has lots of space, every bedroom is a king with en-suite, the kitchen and living area is spacious and comfortable, and the feature pool is better than it looks in the pics. The whole place has a really local Thai vibe and feel and the host Ric and his staff have paid a lot of attention to the little things which make or break these types of accommodations. It’s a 2 min drive to downtown Patong and there are little restaurants and bars right next door. Definitely recommend this 5 star accom.

Excellent holiday location

The villa was great & met our needs! There are no better view’s available!! There was 9 of us in total & everyone had their own space! The owner (Dylan) attended the villa & gave us a run down of the property, the Do’s & Dont’s in Thailand & introduced us to the groundskeepers (who live onsite in their own quarters). Dylan is well connected to the area & provided us with great advice regarding where to eat & which attractions to attend! The villa comes with a moped & the groundskeepers are there at your disposal to drive you around or run errands. If you plan to pick up groceries for your stay make sure you go to the main supermarket within the large shopping complex (Big C) as this is a combination of Coles/Kmart/Tesco. We unfortunately were taken to Macros which we believed was a supermarket, it was in fact more like a Costco & sold items in bulk with little to no convenience foods!! They also did not accept card so was expensive in the end! The villa is a short drive from Patong so make sure you download the Bolt App which is like Uber. Large 12 seaters buses collected us & drove us around regularly. Pricing is fair & set through the secure app! Overall a great experience & very comfortable!! Would highly recommend to large groups

Fantastic house!

We absolutely loved our stay in Phuket. We were 2 families of 9 people in total and the house was perfect. Great location and easy access to Patong. Our host, Laurence, was very helpful and always responded very promptly to our requests and the Thai staff who looked after us were just gorgeous - cooked breakfast every morning and very helpful organising things like laundry and transport. The house itself was lovely and the views even better than the photos. The pool was great, but had no hand rails and would be a bit difficult to get in and out of if you had mobility issues, but that wasn’t a problem for us (and we all spent a lot of time in the pool!). The bedrooms were all spacious and the bathrooms kept very clean. Couldn’t recommend this property highly enough!
