Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather, but cancellation requests will be considered in a state of emergency. Your safety is our utmost concern.

While pool and ocean our outside our scope of liability, we encourage our guests to follow all safety precautions listed (including not leaving children unattended in pool and adhering to flag warnings on the beach).

Renters are also required to sign rental agreement prior to accessing property/check-in.

Fabulous Stay

Pictures as shown. Place was very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and a great starter of coffee and tea. Loved the 1st floor location and right outside the pool. Overall location is perfect. Easy walk across the street to the beach (had great sand chairs and umbrella to borrow) and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
