O imóvel é bem localizado. fica perto de dois Shoppings (Iguatemi e Bourbon, 5min a pé). Local calmo, de fácil movimentação e ainda dispõe de mercadinhos, dograrias e local para alimentação. Vale recomenda o Bar do Chico para refeições rápidas.

Um apartamento aconchegante, bem distribuído, muito bem localizado, próximo aos melhores shopping (não precisa utilizar carro). No andar abaixo tem um pequeno supermercado bem abastecido, com padaria e hortifrúti, para complementar tem um restaurante self-service , loteria, etc. No apartamento tudo funcionando perfeitamente.
