This 3800 sq. ft. oceanfront home features a private pool facing the ocean, and boardwalk to beach. Perfect for family and friends alike! Features include a bonus den upstairs, great as a TV/BluRay room or play area, elevator access at every level, two hot/cold outdoor showers under the house, and a screened porch and sundeck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, pantry and attached washer/dryer room. The dining area seats ten with two additional seats at the bar. This property boasts flat-screen cable TVs in every room, and wireless internet. Fireplace is not inspected for use, and the outdoor pool is not heated or cooled (no spa or bubbles). Non-smoking, no pets. Linens Included.

Great location!

Family Reunion House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: what an amazing property for the gathering of 3 generations! Rooms were spacious, furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils. The second fridge was essential for our gathering of 8 adults and 4 children. The property managers were extremely responsive to my concerns from the moment we checked in. The pool had not been cleaned or serviced upon arrival. The property managers kept us informed of the situation and got the pool working. There were some maintenance issues regarding windows that wouldn't open and some cabinets missing knobs etc. Overall the house was clean and everything functioned.We would definitely consider renting this property again and I'd use Island Realty again because of their customer service and professionalism.
