Bright, new country guesthouse - entire, separate apartment to yourself!

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light (blackout curtains on all windows if you just want to rest), open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace.

With sunsets to die for, you've found the perfect place to relax and recharge. Very little light pollution makes stargazing a fun night activity. Keurig coffee maker onsite stocked with various flavored pods. Huge DVD collection and an old-school 600-in-1 Nintendo system to relax and kill some time. 55" Smart TV with strong wifi and a fold-down futon for a relaxing place to read a book.

Sits up on a hill overlooking the Owyhee mountain range, allowing for breathtaking sunsets with a panoramic view. Truly a country feel -- but minutes to activities, stores and restaurants. You've found a country secret!

A very charming place. Clean and bright. Sweet, loving, dog and cats. (Outside). Host does great communication. We really enjoyed it there. The beds, even the day bed have super comfy mattresses which was great after a day of rockhounding.

The unit inside was exactly as described. However, we were not aware the unit was over a garage with a steep flight of stairs to access, which was a little problematic for my 82-year-old mother. David was a communicative host, with quick replies and detailed, helpful instructions on finding the property which is a bit off the beaten path. Fridge and shower could have used some cleaning, and many surfaces were dusty, but the bed was clean and comfortable. All in all, this unit adequately was reasonably priced and met our needs for a quick weekend stay while in town.

Unit was very clean and well stocked. Bathroom is very small but nice. (I'm a bit heavy and almost couldn't fit the stool.)Overall, very good experience! cute and clean, comfy and convenient.

It was very nice! Missed a place to hang our clothes. There was some dust on the headboard and heater loover but other than that it was a great stay. A little out of the way, but still great.

Very Nice except the many stairs to climb!

Younger people wouldn't have a problem but somehow we did not realize we would have to climb many steep stairs as the place was over the garage...Everything else was wonderful though! (We are 82 and 76)...Getting luggage up was not easy...Thank you...

This place is beautiful! Exactly as pictured & described... & more! The set up is perfect. It was very clean when we arrived. It is away from all of the noise & lights off the city but so very easy to find! Easy to check in & check out. Host communicated well & we enjoyed the bonus "greeters" when we got there (there were some sweet, cuddly, adorable cats too day hello to us!)Would recommend this host & location to anyone!

We spent our 10th anniversary visiting the wineries near by. Overall, we had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet location. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the sweet older dog on the property who would come say hello-it was such a charming touch.We did have an issue with the Vrbo app not connecting properly, so we had trouble accessing the check-in details. Thankfully, David answered our very first phone call, responded immediately, and helped us navigate to the property. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. He is truly one of the best hosts we've ever had.There were just a few minor things that could use some attention. When we arrived, it appeared the toilet had been used but not flushed, which was unpleasant. A few cabinet knobs were missing, there was a small splatter on the kitchen ceiling, and I ended up moving some of the artificial greenery above the bed because it hung a little low.Since this is wine country and the property has such a beautiful view, it would have been a nice touch to have a couple of wine glasses and cork screw available so guests could enjoy a glass of local wine while taking in the scenery. None of these were major issues or took away from our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay, especially with such an exceptional host.
