Stay in one of Wild Dunes most popular complexes! This oceanfront three bedroom, three bathroom elevated condo has the convenience of being steps away from the ocean and outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled). The flooring and furnishings are updated in all bedrooms and living spaces. Outdoor community pool and beach access boardwalk is directly next to building complex. Enjoy the ocean breezes and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the screened porch or master balcony.

First floor has one bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a beautifully designed living space with flat-screen cable TV and direct access to screened porch. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite boasts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. Off street parking available for 2 vehicles. Wi-Fi & Linens included. No Pets. No smoking. No Grills permitted at Beach Club Villa.

Good location but needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is outdated compared to others I have stayed. We found a roach in the kitchen one morning. No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.

Beach Club #69 in sept, 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The arrival process was smooth and the villa was clean. The unit was well equipped and attractive. The TV and internet were easy to operate. The only area which could and should be improved was the mattresses. This is important for a pleasant stay and these all need to be replaced.

Low marks on cleanliness.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Beautiful Views

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.
