Great location right in the village and steps from the lifts. Hosts were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful. The condo is clean and in perfect condition. We had a wonderful stay!
Absolutely loved this place. The location is fantastic. Would absolutely come and stay again. The only downfall is there is not central air and there is a large plug in A/C machine instead. This machine does work well however the place only has one machine and it really only works for the room the machine is in. So the bedroom was stuffy at night. Would benefit from having two, one for each room, especially for the middle of July. The check-in instructions are also extensive yet thorough and take some focused reading, but if you have basic comprehension and patience you’ll be fine. Other than that the stay and place was wonderful.
Absolutely fantastic condo in an ideal location. Walked to the lifts, market, shops, and restaurants. Thank you so much.

The condominium as clean, and comfortable, some of the furnishings were older and in need of updating. We had to contact the front desk due to a party at 1:30 in the morning near our room. For future visitors it would be helpful to have the front desk number in the information binder for property issues after hours. I was able to find the number on line, but by the time security came and things quieted down it was 2:30 in the morning. The location of the room was not very good, right next to the gym which begins getting used 6:30-7:00 and is very noisy, the same with the pool/hot tub in the morning.

We are glad to hear the guests found the condominium clean and comfortable.
We appreciate the suggestion regarding including the front desk and security contact information in the property binder and will look at adding this information to make it easier for guests to report after-hours disturbances. Unfortunately, the late-night party was caused by other guests within the complex and was outside of our control, but we are glad resort security was able to respond once notified.
The condominium is located within a resort-style complex with shared amenities, including the gym, pool, and hot tub. While many guests enjoy the convenience of having these amenities nearby, we understand that their proximity may not be ideal for every guest.
We appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to make the information provided in the condominium as helpful as possible for future stays.
We really like to stay at the Village at Palisades. Easy ski in/ski out. All the amenities at the Village are close by. The condo is exactly as shown. This one is right next to the hot tub. Most people were out by 8pm. The TV in the living room was non-functional, but the one in the BR worked. Otherwise, everything was in working order.

We’re so glad to hear this guest enjoyed their stay and took advantage of the ski-in/ski-out access and convenient Village location!
We are disappointed to hear there was some confusion with the living room TV. It is working properly, but it does default to the Palisades channel when turned on. We do have step-by-step instructions in the unit to help switch it over, and we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can assist right away.
We’re happy everything else met expectations!
This was our second stay in the Palisades Tahoe village, Tahoe Time Rentals was great. This unit is clean and well-maintained and located ideally in the village proximate to all the shops and restaurnats that Palisades Tahoe offers. We would highly recommend!
The place was nice and clean. We didn’t realize it was next door to the fitness center. The unit also runs hot and was more noisy than we anticipated. It would have been nice to have smart TV’s with the ability to sign into our own accts ( Netflix, etc)

Check in process was a mess

This is a surprising review to receive. The only contact we had from these guests was an issue with the combo for the new lock on the ski locker and this issue was solved within 10 minutes of them reaching out to us. Check-in instructions are very clear and detailed and all our other guests who have read and followed our directions have not had any issues with the check-in process at all. We are disappointed and confused to hear (for the first time here) that these guests thought it was a "mess". Please note we are always available via text, phone or email to assist our guests at any point before, during, or after their stays.
We debated between a 4 and 5 star rating. Overall this is a good property and we would stay here again IF there was only two of us. We had three and it worked but it was tight, especially with only one bathroom. It is RIGHT next door to the fitness center/ sauna/hot tub which provided an
This was great for the two of us. Step out the side door of the complex into the village, and just a couple hundred feet to the gondolas. The unit is on the first floor looking out over the outdoor hot tubs and up to the mountains. The underground parking can be a bit tight, but we were always able to find a stall when we returned from a ride.
I appreciated a follow up call from the rental company/host who noticed my missed calls when I was having trouble with the parking. The condo was tidy and convenient. I did have a little trouble with the ski locker-the lock was very tricky and only opened after my 5th attempt on multiple occasions. I ended up not using it in case I couldn’t get the lock open again. Otherwise, the ski lockers would have been very convenient to use. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
A great condo in the heart of the Olympic Village. The check in process was smooth, apartment was clean. The village itself is outstanding! We really enjoyed that apartment is right next to the cold/hot tubs - made « walking » there with two toddlers very convenient. Would love to stay again!
