Escape to warm, sunny beaches and stunning sunsets near this light-filled, spacious, one level condo located on the quiet south end of the island. Relax in this corner unit with two separate screened in lanais that offer the perfect space for guests to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails while appreciating a water view. New owners have appointed this condo with new appliances and furnishings, and a well equipped kitchen.

A short walk will lead you to a private beach access revealing the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This property has free, covered parking, two pools, outdoor grills and shuffleboard courts. Across the street you will find a natural green space setting with walking/biking trails, pickleball, tennis and bocce ball courts in addition to putting/chipping greens. Fishing accessible dockside at slip #6 or at the fishing pier at the end of Bay Beach Lane. Bike and boat rentals available on the island.
The trolley on Estero Blvd provides access to restaurants and shops, Margaritaville, Publix, CVS, and Lover’s Key. There is also a medical clinic on the island.

Nice Condo

Nice, roomy condo. Plenty of extra supplies. Walk to the beach. Pickleball courts, tennis courts and putting green available. Saw Manatees in the canal from the screened-in lanai.
