Bachelor party weekend

Stay was excellent! Property manager John was fantastic, very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Check out process was extremely easy compared to any other VRBO I've stayed at before, which was a huge plus.

Our group of seven had an awesome time. The home is beautiful, the scenery even more so. John was great and made our stay even more fun. We hit Sequoia one day, Death Valley another and Alabama Hills a third. And stayed home and relaxed by the pool the other days. It was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Excellent place if you plan to stay at Ridgecrest enroute to your Death Valley exploration. Host was super responsive and John the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Overall it’s a 10/10 experience. Our entire gang loved it and we left with a lot of good memories!

By far the coolest house in Ridgecrest with an epic view. I grew up nearby and have always admired this house from a distance (it isn’t easy to access, but with skill any vehicle can get there as of April ‘26). We rented for a long weekend of family events, it was a perfect place to gather. I hope to book it again the next time we have big family gatherings. Did I mention the view? It also has a well appointed kitchen.
Got lucky with the tortoise sighting.

Thanksgiving in the desert

Great, great property. Amazing views and home. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds and bathrooms were awesome. John the ranch manager took great care of us. Would recommend to any friend. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful & spacious with every amenity u could need. Kids loved the pool. Mom enjoyed the kitchen, dad loved the air conditioning, friends & family appreciated the space to move about without over crowding, dogs appreciated fenced in acreage & we all throughly enjoyed patio overlooking Gods landscape of rolling hills & beautiful sunsets.Caretaker John, happily at the ready, if we needed him. Gorgeous designer decor. Exceptionally clean, not one dust bunny! Looking forward to a future stay! This is an incredible place for R&R, with no neighbors or traffic. Yet close enough to market & restaurants.

a MUST stay

This secluded home, surrounded by a picturesque desert landscape was close enough to town but far enough to gaze at the millions of stars we don’t see while at home. The second dining area was stunning for the special 80th birthday celebration we had. So many interior design details that stood out; the wood carved Indian welcoming us when first walking in, the wrap around windows in the living area with the hammered copper bar, all the seating areas, the library nook, the train tracks & wooden bridge and of course the water trough that John filled up for my granddaughter to wade in and cool off. John even gave us a tour, which included the amazing little train. We loved the details he shared. We definitely will be back later this year to enjoy once again.

Beautiful secluded ranch in Ridgecrest. Friends and I did a river rafting trip nearby at Lake Elizabeth for our friend's bachelor party. We had an amazing time coming back to the compound to swim, bbq and stargaze at night.
