Property offered all mod cons in a superbly easy-to-find Downtown location. Two Cows ice cream locations within walking distance! Perfect for two people.
It was my first time with HomeAway. I thought the coffee would be offered. There is no grocery store at a walking distance so I would recommand to bring a minimun.
Laurie was really helpful. Location is great. Really close to the water.

We were sorry to read there was no coffee in the suite, Jasmine. We do provide it to use in the drip coffee maker that is in the suite. We would have happily replenished the coffee had we known. There is a convenience store on Queen St. about 10 mins. away by foot and Sobeys/ Superstore/Loblaws about 20 mins away by foot. Great to meet you and have a terrific autumn! Laurie
The property was located within a heritage building, cosy and compact. Great location for exploring downtown and shore line areas by foot.

Very cute place. Newly redone, nice inside. Clean. Had everything we needed. The host Laurie helped make the place. She was super helpful and well organized. Her recommendations for PEI were great. Had a hotel like feel I really enjoyed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Clean, neat and furnished with attention to detail.
Good location, friendly helpful hosts. Recently refurbished in an old brick building. Getting in and out of bed is awkward but otherwise very nice.

Perfect Charlottetown stay.
We spent 2 nights in the 1 bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. The suite was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was within walking distance of many interesting shops and restaurants. The Water Prince Corner Shop Restaurant just down the street is very good, but be sure to make a reservation as they fill up. Our host, Laurie, was charming and gave lots of good information. A perfect stay for us as we recharged after a week of camping.

Perfect little getaway!
Renovated, new everything!! The location can’t be beat! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Peakes Quay and shopping. Clean and modern studio apartment. Loved the private balcony with BBQ at the back. Private laundry area before entering the apartment was perfect for storing all our extra stuff! A/C was a bonus comfort. Laurie is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet. This was our second summer renting in this building.

Terrific apartment in a great location!
My husband and I spent a week in this lovely studio apartment in Charlottetown. We found the location ideal and the apartment itself perfect for our needs. Laurie was very helpful, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. On a return visit, this would be our first choice for accommodation in the area.

We loved it.
This charming studio apartment is clean, cozy, and closely located to the Queen Street and waterfront attractions. Laurie was extremely responsive and accommodating; she even provided us with helpful tips and a customized map upon our arrival. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Welcome to Charlottetown! I was born & raised here so I know it well. I am a civil engineer who always has an interest in preserving heritage properties. I have renovated these.properties myself. If you decide to stay with us I hope you enjoy the character & history of this property as much as I do. Hope to see you!
Why they chose this property
Our property is in Olde Charlottetown's unique historic district. Surrounded by heritage properties, our property is quiet & peaceful but a mere 10 minutes by foot to Queen Street where cafes, pubs, restos & entertainment are. The waterfront & the boardwalk are two minutes away by foot. A real gem location & property.
What makes this property unique
Our heritage property was built in 1872! Not long after the Fathers of Confederation met in Charlottetown in 1867. This character building still has the original wood floors in the suites, high ceilings & claw foot bath tubs. Come experience some of our east coast history.
