Pool & Spa Heater Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not warm up without the added pool heat.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 10 cars per property.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Good Family Stay

House was as pictured and in a great neighborhood. Plenty of room for our large family and beautiful outdoor area with TV and seating by the pool. There were some minor issues upon arrival, but he property manager addressed immediately and we did not have any issues after. Would recommend this house and Champions Gate to anyone looking in the area!

Great house!

We were in Orlando area for a cheer comp at Disney while our gym used the Omni at Champion gates for practice. The home was perfect for two families to share. Two masters and all the kids had their own rooms. Game room was fun and have a separate upstairs living room in addition was nice as well. The pool with hot tub was perfect for relaxing muscles after a long practice. The drive to Disney was not that bad. Publix being right down the road was perfect for groceries. The brand new gas station opened right as we got there was also well stocked for a big coffee box for cheer coaches and sun screen we forgot at the house lol while on the run. We will stay again!

I would not recommend this property. My family and I travel to Orlando multiple times a year including Christmas. We waited until the last minute and this was few of the only places left close to the Reunion area which is typically where we stay. It all makes sense now. The neighborhood appears to have nice/luxury homes but the upkeep of the property/grounds needs help. A lot of partying, loud residents, cars parked all along the street. There was trash scattered all around the yard of the house, along with cigarette butts near the walkway area/entrance of the house. I noticed this was the case for alot of other homes near us. The cleanliness of the inside of the house was extremely poor. The walls had all sorts or random stains throughout the entire house, some of which could have been easily wiped off. I understand this is a rental property and wear and tear is expected, but there was chocolate smeared all along the top of the banister area going up the steps. The kitchen was nasty, spilled food left on the pantry floor, food stains all along the wall near the stove. Being that many families travel here with the intention of cooking, you would think at least they would provide decent cookware and items to use, WRONG. Items were old and over used. Two wine glasses, one was cracked. Pool and hot tub heat worked one day and was broken for the remainder of the 8 days which really sucked being that we payed for it and couldn’t even enjoy it. Dirty carpet leading upstairs and in the rooms. The stairway area is so badly stained, I mean it looks like this place hasn’t been painted in years. Half of the bathroom sinks didn’t work upstairs, and don’t plan on taking a bath in the master bath because the hot water won’t last long enough to fill it halfway. Pillows/linens were over stained, time for new ones. The cleaning lady was waiting outside of the house an hour and a half prior to the 10:00am checkout, which we officially were out of the property by 10:27am. Outdoor lounge chairs by the pool are worn out, wicker is visibly coming apart to the point where you wouldn’t want to sit in them. You get what you pay for, which this place was over priced due to the holiday. We have never been so disappointed with a stay in Orlando. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to do some serious revamping. If you are looking to have a nice, clean house to spend time in while not at the parks this is not the property for you. You will be disappointed.

We had a great stay

Location was great. Neighborhood was nice we had some awesome friendly neighbors. Resort was very nice and walking distance. Publix, Walmart, other stores and restaurant local. Definitely would rent again. We had a great family vacation! About 40/45min with traffic on I4 to Orlando, with no traffic the commute is not bad and faster.

Great Stay

My family and I stayed in this home while my husband was attending a conference at the Omni Resort. It is about 10 minutes from the resort and 20 minutes from Disney (30 minutes on the way home with traffic). Everything was as expected and communication with Aileen was superb. Some items to pack if you choose this property: garbage sacks, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, coffee filters, salt and pepper (or grab some at a fast food stop). The pool is great at the home and the Oasis waterpark was a fun spot for the kids to play. All in all, a great stay.

The restaurant/tiki bar serves lunch and dinner and offers food and beverage service directly to your deck chair. The kids will love the movie theater and arcade room and you can even drop off the younger ones at the activity center (for a fee) to enjoy some adult time. The fitness center is brand new with everything you need for a great workout plus a cardio room offering classes.Think "cruise ship" when you think of this resort. You will all enjoy daily resort activities which include poolside bingo, trivia, sand volleyball tournaments and dive-in movies at the pool.
