We are nestled in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sound Side. With a short walk to have your toes in the sand or on the Rodanthe Pier. Take time to unwind after a day on the beach to enjoy our breath taking views of the sunset on the Sound from the deck

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty dishwasher, wipe down counter. Roll any trash to the edge of road day before pick up and checkout day. See check out instructions located in kitchen.
Rinse off beach chairs and store them back. Check out time is 10am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep all windows and doors shut at all times. If not a/c unit may freeze up and on the island could take weeks to have repaired.
All guests are required to obtain accidental damage protection insurance and keep insurance for their entire stay.
