Dog Policy:
We`re happy to welcome your canine companions to our rental! Please note that only dogs are permitted, and all doggy guests must be pre-approved by management. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we do have size and breed restrictions in place. Guests are also required to agree to specific terms and conditions outlined in our pet agreement.
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 is required, max one (1) pet per condo, per stay. If this fee isn`t automatically applied during your booking, it will be added to your reservation shortly after it`s confirmed. For the safety and well-being of all, your dog must be up-to-date on all vaccinations, house-trained, spayed or neutered, and sociable with both people and other dogs.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate cats or any other types of pets.
The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety and to protect the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violating these policies may result in immediate eviction and the complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please obtain prior approval for any additional guests beyond the reported numbers.
The guest is responsible for any damage to the property that occurs beyond normal wear and tear during their stay. This includes excessive dirt, property damage, and missing or damaged linens and other items. In such cases, Amelia Best Vacation Rentals & Realty will let you know and charge your credit card accordingly. The guest is responsible for notifying Amelia Best VRR upon check-in if the property is found in less-than-desirable condition or if any damage requiring attention is present.
Reservation Processing Fee: All reservations are subject to a service processing fee. This fee helps to cover the software costs and other expenses associated with taking reservations. This amount is non-refundable.
Rental Agreement Requirement: All reservations, regardless of booking platform, require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that for all refunds, the non-refundable reservation processing fee and any credit card processing fees incurred will be deducted. For nightly or weekly rentals, cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable fees. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, less the non-refundable fees, while no refund can be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival. For properties that allow only monthly rentals, cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the non-refundable fees. Cancellations between 30 and 59 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, less the non-refundable fees. No refund is given for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. There will be no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or for leaving the home due to mechanical failure of non-essential items.
