Dog Policy:
We`re happy to welcome your canine companions to our rental! Please note that only dogs are permitted, and all doggy guests must be pre-approved by management. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we do have size and breed restrictions in place. Guests are also required to agree to specific terms and conditions outlined in our pet agreement.

A non-refundable pet fee of $250 is required, max one (1) pet per condo, per stay. If this fee isn`t automatically applied during your booking, it will be added to your reservation shortly after it`s confirmed. For the safety and well-being of all, your dog must be up-to-date on all vaccinations, house-trained, spayed or neutered, and sociable with both people and other dogs.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW!

A great place to vacation. Been vacationing in Amelia Island for 20 years and this was the best place. Beds were hard but comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, and great communication. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Wonderfully maintained oceanfront condo which was recently renovated. Great attentive management took care of everything for a seamless stay. Highly recommended.

Great Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Dunes. Loved the location and the property in general. It was a perfect setting for us and the views of sun rises and sun sets were fantastic. We had just a couple of minor things we needed to contact Gazal about and she took care of them right away. She also checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I’m sure we will be back.

Beautiful views of sunrise and sunsets

This property definitely lived up to the online VRBO listing. The views of the ocean and the ICW were amazing. The end unit on the 5th floor of this bldg was a great location for our group. We appreciated the layout of the condo that offered 2 bedrooms overlooking the ocean. The patio offered views of beautiful sunsets over the ICW and sunrises over the ocean. Easy access to the beach for nice long walks either direction. Interior was well appointed with amenities that met our needs. Defintely recommend.

Wonderful!!

We were very pleased with this condo. It was lovely and the owner Laily is very helpful and helped us out with additional king sheets after we pushed the twin beds together to make it into a king. A few suggestions it would be nice to have a television in the bedroom with the twin beds and the early morning sun in the living room was very bright a shade on this window would have been a nice option. We would definitely visit again!! Very peaceful and relaxing area. Thank you Laily!!

Quiet, Great View, easy to get to beach

We were nervous as we knew that Irma was still being cleaned up, but the impact on Turtle Dunes was mostly gone. The floorplan was perfect, and they were very kind and thoughtful in things like hair dryer and curling iron, extra toilet paper, etc.. Not common with most VRBO we deal with. Furniture was comfortable (wish a bigger TV in master bed room), and the bathrooms were user friendly. Quiet, great view, and easy to get to beach and pool.

Relax and Enjoy

My two girlfriends and I rented this condo to celebrate all of us turning 50. We loved that it was the end unit on a high floor with a huge side deck overlooking the ocean. The easy access to the beach and to the pool for the unit was great. The condo was well-equipped and modern with spectacular views and we would definitely stay here again . It was nice that each bedroom has its own private bath as well. Gazal and Laily ( and Charlene) were very responsive and we appreciated their kindness. GM - Charleston SC

Great Getaway!

We loved our time at this condo and will definitely be back. Great location, and the ocean views are to die for! The kitchen is well stocked, and we had plenty of room. As other reviewers have stated the lack of a bathroom door in the master is just bizarre -- it would be simple and not terribly expensive to put in a pocket door so as not to make for some awkward situations. Speaking of the bathroom, when you go to the grocery store buy your own toilet paper, the paper supplied is gas station restroom quality so you will want to upgrade. There are a few other touches that would make the condo more luxurious but nothing major. Still a great place and we loved our time here.

Condo was filthy!!! Management attempted to have condo cleaned a second time,however, this condo needs much more than a general cleaning!!!!!!! Pet friendly is not the same as PET FILTHY! Owners should be held accountable??????

Great location and views

We love visiting Amelia Island, and this place was a good place to stay. Great views from most rooms, and the balcony provided sunset and sunrise views. It was furnished with everything we needed to cook and feel comfortable for our short stay. There were minor things that are small opportunities for improvement. There were 2 spots on the ceiling where the paint was peeling off from a water leak from the unit above, and the windows facing the ocean were a bit fuzzy from the salt water spray and could use a cleaning on the outside. Should have someone check the oven as well. We used it twice and items took 3-4 times the time to cook than they should have.

Nice beach location

This unit is very nice. It has a Spectacular view of the ocean and is a couple minute walk to the Bach. It has all he amenities you need, including a well stocked kitchen. We loved the porch off the living room. Very spacious, and open with great ocean views. Great for sitting outside and having conversation. Owner was very responsive to any question. Two items that are big concerns: owner has "locked" the thermostat.you cannot cool the unit below 74 or heat past 67. If you like temperatures outside these ranges, you may have a problem. The master bathroom has no door. The toilet and shower are "open." If you like privacy, you will be disappointed.

Great, until elevator stuck on 3rd floor for one evening

The condo is beautiful, with great views and minor interior issues within the condo itself. Please be advised, there is only one elevator in the building. If it goes out, and anyone in your party isn’t able to climb five flights of stairs, they are in a bind. Unfortunately, we found ourselves in this situation and the condo could not be fully occupied the night the elevator was out through no fault of our own. On the positive, the owner did work fast to put part of my family in a two bed, one room hotel room for the night the elevator was out. This was extremely helpful to solve an immediate need on a very cold, rainy night with a handicapped senior citizen who can’t walk far. However, the lack of beds in hotel (2 vs 3 we needed) required my family to be split over the Christmas holiday. Further, we had the chore of moving large required items for our elderly family member down 5 flights of stairs that evening. And moving them back when the elevator was back in working order the next morning. This took hours out of our vacation. Please understand “wheelchair accessible,” as listed on their website, isn’t always the case. Additionally, the owner did state the elevator had been out a few days prior, so a reoccurring issue. This could be a major inconvenience at the least & safety concern at the other end of spectrum for any future renters.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The condo was well equipped for six adults. We enjoyed the beach (rented daily chairs and umbrellas set up by Sunsetters), the 5th floor patio was a perfect spot for happy hour and tennis and portable net for pickleball was within a 5 minute walk. We highly recommend!

Looking forward to future stays here

This condo was stunning! The pictures are true to how it looks in real life. We really enjoyed being steps away from a private beach and the pool. The master bed was a little on the firm side for us but we still slept well. The condo is close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. This was, by far, our favorite VRBO to date. It was perfect and we look forward to spending many more trips here!
