Stunning and so comfortable

This is house is gorgeous. Everything is so clean and modern. The AC is fantastic which is always important. Showers are wonderful and clean as are the beds. My only complaint is the early check out time of 10 am.

The only thing I suggest is if only one unit was rent, other unit’s people should Not access to the other unit’s back yard.

Beautiful remodel but needs some minor upgrades on amenities nothing major

The remodel is beautiful and the place is roomy , the beds are comfy and the furnishings are attractive. Need more towels, more kitchen tools, additional couch blankets and maybe some games(card games and such). Lastly, needs a curtains to close out the living room floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door so people cannot see into you living room at night. Nothing major just some additional amenities

Beautiful house, not so beautiful stay

The house was beautiful- very clean and excellent layout with bedrooms upstairs. All mattresses still had the plastic covers on them so it was a loud crinkle sound when moving and it made sleep extremely hot. The ceiling fan did not work in the 1st bedroom nor did the toilet flush. Be aware that there is a regular coffee pot there instead of a Kierig.

Also, mattress protectors are what the homeowner chooses and wants on his mattresses, and they will share your thoughts with the owner to see if he wants to change them.
