South Beach 603 is SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING. South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean at 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking and shops on the ground level.
Bed sizes include 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Jacuzzi not for guests' use -due to leaks; guest will be charged if used.
Unit also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. Indoor pool closed January 2 to April 1.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Awesome location, covered and safe parking, great view. Apartment is very spacious. Beds are comfortable, and the squeakiness isn't a big deal as a previous review would make you think. Kitchen has all utensils you'd need. Great condominium complex. I will definitely book here again.

Good Location

The location was great. Our only issue was that you needed a key fob to enter the building, and to operate the elevator. There is no access to stairs from the ground floor. You must have a fob. With 8 people staying in the condo we really needed 8 fobs. My husband missed a walk on the beach because he could not leave the condo while I was out on my bike ride since I had the fob we shared. Other than that, the place was great.

Wonderful Stay

We just returned from a wonderful vacation. The location was absolutely perfect! Building super secure. Outdoor pool a short distance outside the door-which we had to ourselves the whole week! Unit in great shape. The kitchen wasn't stocked to well with cookware/bakeware which made preparing meals a bit of a challenge but look forward to staying here again!

October “Spartan” stay

Ideal location for Our activities , and the amount of people involved. Ease of access , and parking was good too. In regards to cleanliness,..there are sanitation wrappers on the clean toilets, but no toilet paper in 2 of 3 bathrooms to start your stay,.. so bring everything to start as suggested in the listing. There is old accumulated dirt under every piece of furniture, and cushions. Lastly, there were no luggage carts to load, and unload your car, which would not work for older individuals with Blood pressure, or cardiac conditions that may bothered by lifting. May consider other options in the future.

The property manager was very helpful. This property is well located, close to the beach. Kitchen was very clean, appliances up-to-date. The beds were comfortable. Safe building.The only downside was the wall-to-wall carpets in the bedrooms. It really look like it needed to be cleaned. Overall would recoomend this stay

The location was great! The only complaint we had was the condo needed to be cleaned. The baseboards were covered with a thick coat of dust and the floors need scrubbed!!

This was the perfect place to spend our girls weekend. I loved that there were plenty of beds and showers and the unit was very clean. The only thing I wish was that more basic necessities were provided especially toilet paper and towels.

The property is very clean, safe and well decorated. It is steps away from the boardwalk and the beach. Also, it is steps away from the outdoor pool, which is very convenient if you have kids. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!!
