This historic little guest house boasts an incredible location for wine tasting and gorgeous views. Located adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard and RoxyAnn Winery, The Carriage House has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a large kitchen/dining area. Television channels are over the air broadcast networks (no cable). There is a DVD player. We do have an indoor pool and game room. There is a pool table and ping pong table. There is a neighboring orchard, vineyard, and winery/tasting room. Workers may begin early. The Carriage House will not disappoint for your next getaway!
The Carriage House was built in 1911 and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. It sits adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard estate on the outskirts of Medford. A rural feel but close to many amenities. RoxyAnn Winery is a stones through away located right next door. Approximately 10 miles to the Britt Festival Pavilion and 14 miles to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Crater Lake is only a 1 1/2 hour drive. We are the perfect halfway point between Seattle and the Bay Area. The neighboring winery/tasting room usually has live music on Friday nights.
