This pretty and well furnished and equipped holiday home with a swimming pool is situated only 20 m away from the sea on beautiful location in Povlja on the island of Brac. It comprises two apartments connected by external stairs. The lowest ceiling height is 180 cm. On the ground floor, there is a sauna and fitness area, while guests also have at their disposal a surf board, 7 bicycles and kayak for exploring the area. On the first floor, there is a spacious terrace from which there is an unforgettable view on the sea and coast. On the terrace guest scan prepare delicious dishes from the barbeque. The centre of the place with various attractions is located only a few minutes of walk by the coast away.
Kids can also enjoy in playstation 4, table football.

Great property, lovely owners

We were met at the house by Nikolas, Gordana and their son Petar and we’re shown around the house with great care. Such friendly people!! The house was immaculately clean with lots of space. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and the same again upstairs accessed by an external staircase and with its own entrance. It would be ideal for an extended family holiday or 2 families travelling together. We loved using the kayaks and SUP, you need to carry them a short distance across the rocky beach (bring beach shoes) and, once there, the sea is crystal clear. The kids loved the gym equipment! The location of the house is very quiet and peaceful. The small village is a short walk and has 3 restaurants and a cafe bar. We tried two of them and both were good. There’s also a small supermarket.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed a lot our stay ! Very nice house very well equipped. Very close from the sea, and located in a charming & quiet village. Nice atmosphere on the small harbor at night.

Family getaway for some quality R&R

We arrived in the dark, so had some trouble finding it due to google routing us down a "short cut". But the owners were there when we arrived, having come over from the mainland on a ferry themselves, just to walk us through the place! This helped answer any questions and was a level of extremely personalizes service we did not expect. Note that this did take some coordination of messaging back and forth to arrange an arrival time, but they were very easy to communicate with. The location is brilliant... Close enough to walk into town for dinner, but far enough away that it was quite secluded and private so you could relax and read by the pool. We were blessed with some extreme wind, but made an effort to take the kayaks out on the last day just to use them. I'm sure under better weather we could have better enjoyed the facilities the property had to offer. We were a party of 6 adults so we had tonnes of space... It really is two separate suites set up on two levels so would be great for families with kids, or groups that want both privacy and togetherness.

Fangen wir bei den Gastgebern an. Die Eheleute Prezzi sind sehr nette, hilfsbereite, zuvorkommende und elegante Gastgeber. Die Gespräche mit Ihnen waren kurzweilig und sehr unterhaltsam. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lies nichtstun Wünschen übrig. Alles vorhanden. Einschließlich Wassersportgeräten und Fahrrädern. Perfekt. Die Lage das Hauses ist der absolute Traum. Nach am Meer, perfekte Aussicht. Kurzweiliger Aufenthalt! Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell. Perfekt. Povlja. Ein kleines malerisches Örtchen, touristisch erschlossen, aber nicht überlaufen. Das Angebot an Lebensmittelläden ist gut und die Gastronomie hatte ein sehr leckeres Angebot. Alles in allem ist die Insel Brac, Povlja und in erster Linie dieses Haus absolut zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Perfect stay!

We really enjoyd our week in this beautiful residens in Povlja! The house was perfect for us with pool and only 20 m to the crystal clear sea. Our children loved the SUP, the kayak, the Ping Pong table and pool! In the evenings we walked 10 minutes to restaurants in the small and quite center. We would love to go back!

Paradise in a quiet Croatian town

Niksha and Petar provided the utmost flexibility and serenity during our stay. They were flexible on check-in and check-out, showed how the ins and outs of the house and were always available. The house is right on the water and has kayaks, paddle boards and such to keep you occupied. We also loved taking the bikes out for a ride around the beautiful town to have ice cream, dinner or buy fresh fish or olive oil from locals. It was a splendidly relaxing stay - I'm looking forward to our next one!

Fantastic villa in a sweet little village

Our group of 7 adults stayed for 1 week in June 2017. Everything from booking via the HomeAway website to check-in to check-out was all done without any issues. Owner Petar and his parents are all very helpful and are lovely people, as are all the locals in the village. The villa has everything you could possibly wish for and is in a great location just a short stroll from the picturesque village of Povlja (approx 10 minutes depending how fast you walk!). The village itself is a peaceful place with 5 or 6 bar/cafe/restaurants, a couple of shops, post office, ATM, boat hire, great places to swim in the sea and all the people are so friendly. We would definitely recommend this villa.
