Solana Spanish Villas in Tucson, Arizona is an ideal destination for families, retreats, reunions, and larger groups looking to stay together while still enjoying the privacy of individual homes. Set among a mature Mesquite bosque and historic 150-year-old eucalyptus trees, our 11-acre property offers a peaceful desert setting with unique vegetation, shaded gathering areas, and a variety of shared amenities.



ACCOMMODATIONS

This listing is specifically for Villas 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 and Casita 7. Together, these spacious, house-style villas can comfortably accommodate up to 35 guests, or approximately 40 guests when utilizing available sleeper sofas and trundle beds. Please note: This reservation is not a full-property buyout. Solana is an expansive 11-acre property with additional guest accommodations beyond the villas and casita included in this listing. Those accommodations may be occupied by other guests during your stay.



For groups requiring additional lodging, the entire Solana property can accommodate up to approximately 63 overnight guests when all available accommodations are reserved. Additional accommodations are not included in the price of this listing and must be arranged separately with the host based on availability.



Guests reserving this collection of villas enjoy access to the property's shared outdoor spaces and amenities, making Solana especially well suited for extended families, group getaways, retreats, and guests who want to stay near one another without being confined to a single large home.

GROUP GATHERINGS & EVENTS

We love hosting celebrations and group experiences at Solana! Our 11-acre property offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for retreats, reunions, weddings, celebrations, and other special gatherings.

Prior Approval Required: Booking accommodations does not automatically include event or gathering privileges, exclusive use of the property, or a full-property buyout. If you are planning any type of gathering or event, please contact us prior to booking so we can confirm availability, determine whether your gathering can be accommodated, and provide applicable pricing.

Event Site Fees: Depending on the size and type of gathering, an additional site fee may apply. Event packages may include tables, chairs, linens, setup, and takedown. Please inquire for a customized quote.

Food & Beverage: Solana is a licensed food and beverage property. Catering and bar service for events are provided in-house, with a variety of curated menus and beverage packages available. Outside catering, outside bar services, outside alcohol, and outside DJs are not permitted.

Event Amenities: The property offers multiple gathering spaces and restrooms to comfortably accommodate approved events and group functions.

Quiet Hours: All events and organized gatherings must conclude by 10:00 PM in accordance with local noise requirements.

Event & Booking Policies: All gatherings and events require advance approval and must comply with applicable booking-platform policies, property rules, occupancy limits, and local regulations. Certain events or larger gatherings may require a separate event agreement, additional fees, and additional arrangements directly with Solana Guest Ranch & Villas.

Solana Spanish Villas operates as a guest ranch, and all Villas and Casitas share the communal amenities and outdoor spaces, including the pool. Each Villa and Casita has its own fully enclosed interior space and patio area for guest enjoyment. The host/homeowner lives onsite in a separate residence and is available if needed.
