Girls weekend!

Perfect setup for a group getaway, lots of rooms (and bathrooms!!). The kitchen had everything we needed to feed a crowd. Location was ideal for hiking and a river float, bonus point for having breweries so close!

Great for big group

Had a great time. Perfect for a group with lots of room for everyone to have their own space while still a hanging out together. Hot tub needed water and a vacuum, and the pathway down to the fire pit was a bit treacherous in the dark but everything else was perfect.

Christmas Holiday

We enjoyed a fantastic family vacation between Christmas and New Year’s at this beautiful mountain home. David the host was super to work with, and the house was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need or want! Upon arrival, the house was spotless. Plenty of space for 2 families with teenagers to spread out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful house with everything you need to feel comfortable. I was impressed with how clean it was. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels and bed linens for our large group. The view is very serene and the hot tub is great for relaxing after skiing. You cant beat the location minutes away from Sunday River and close to downtown Bethel.

Big group get-together place

We were group of 19 ppl, planning to hike Mt Washington. Climb was successful. all 19 of us reached the top. Amazing house, perfect location. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Overall a great place to rent for our trip. Pathway down to the fire pit needs to be improved. David was responsive and helpful.

Family get together

Our family met for a memorial service for my mother in law, it was all adults and the house was fantastic, the only issue we had and was no fault of the property manager was there is only one bedroom on the main floor and with multiple elderly family members it was difficult for them to go up and down stairs. That being said this place is great for large groups!!

Side by Side 2023

Our family, 3 generations, enjoys side by side riding and spending time together this home provide a convenient location and all bedrooms and bathrooms needed. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The driveway is very steep so 4 wheel drive I think would be necessary. We'll be back

Perfect spot for a large group!

We booked this house for my son’s golf team’s pre-season trip. We had 11 teenage boys, 4 mom chaperones and the space was perfect to accommodate all of us. Fantastic proximity to several courses for the boys to play including the amazing Sunday River and so many other fun things the kids enjoyed (bowling, river rafting, etc) as well as the Spa at the Sunday River Resort for the moms! The kitchen was well appointed with everything required to cook 3 meals a day for a crew of 16. The boys also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, deck and gaming in the basement. David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Group Retreat

This Bethel house is very comfortable with plenty of room for large groups. The open concept kitchen, dining, living room is great for gathering and the downstairs living room is a bonus if some just want a smaller setting and great if you have kids. The bedrooms are comfortable, with plenty of beds for a group. The house has great views of the mountains. The driveway is steep and parking can be quite tricky to maneuver several vehicles, but we made it work for our group. It may not have been as manageable with 6 vehicles if we stayed in the winter though. The location is great, near downtown Bethel, and various points of interest, with plenty of things to do, no matter what season you stay. Overall, the group was really impressed with the house and enjoyed they're stay.

Sunday River Golf Trip

House itself was very nice and accommodated 10 adults nicely. Four bathrooms was very nice. Outside area was not as convenient. Driveway is small and steep, fire pit area was a bit steep getting down to it and a bit away from house. Firewood provided would have been nice as in past places we have rented. Overall a nice place to rent for our trip.

Family fun!

The house was just right for a family vacation of 18 people. The younger children had plenty of room to play and sleep downstairs. The driveway is quite steep but we were able to fit 5 cars in the parking area.

Family vacation in Bethel Maine

A great place for our large extended (18 people) family vacation. House was very clean with plenty of room for meals, games, and gathering on the deck. We were treated to wildlife sightings and enjoyed the flowers on the bank behind the house. Lots to do in the area - hikes, stream wading, fishing, canoeing, wildflower walk, brewery visits, gem museum, restaurant etc.

Very Private, Nice Views!

We had a large party 10+ adults....plenty of space. I would highly recommend this property for larger parties. This would be ideal for Family groups, as the adults and kids could have their own space. I would absolutely book this residence again.

Great Long Weekend

We loved this home! The pictures do not do it justice. The space itself was enormous and great for a large group or families. The house had everything we needed and more and David the property manager was very responsive! Very close to all things Sunday River and Bethel have to offer. One thing to note is that if you are booking this property for a winter getaway and there is snow in the forecast, make sure you have an SUV because the driveway is downhill and got a little slippery, but that is to be expected!

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had an an amazing time at this property! We had 8 children and 8 adults and we all had a place to sleep- comfortably! The fire pit and hot tub were great features. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed! The big, beautiful porch that overlooks the Mountain View was perfect for us to enjoy our morning coffees. We hope to stay here again in the future!
