1.5 Bdrm Full Basement Apt.
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Quiet property with basement apartment in the country. One king bedroom, one queen bedroom in a separate area, one bathroom and two living spaces.
The space
2 separate sleeping areas, 2 separate eating area and 2 separate living areas. the small bedroom currently has a barn door. A standard interior needed to be custom made and will take about 10 weeks for us to receive. the apartment has a large screened in patio.
Guest access
Once you pull into the driveway walk down the hill past the front door and on the right you will enter through the patio.
Other things to note
smoking outdoors only and away from the house. For long term guests please let us know if you have mail or packages being delivered, we will bring them to you.
***We are on a Septic System***
