You will enjoy relaxing afternoons on the oversized deck as well as walking, boating, & fishing. Plenty of room for your group with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, generous kitchen open to the large living room, dining room and generous outdoor grilling area. You will appreciate the Free parking for up to 3 vehicles 2 boats. Peekaboo view of the magnificent Lake Sam Rayburn.
Only a 2 min walk to the lake -no vehicles, 3 minutes to the popular Cassels-Boykin Park boat ramp, 5 mins to Zavalla for restaurants and groceries.
In front of Kervins RV Park. One of the most picturesque locations in the area!
