Note1: For small groups between 2 and 4 people:
** Couples: R $ 60,00 per person per day occupied;
** group of 3 people: R $ 50,00 / person / day);
** group of 4 people: R $ 50,00 / person / day);

Obs2: We accept small PETS. (max: 3)
(We ask the care of cleaning inside the property);
* Extra Fee to be received on arrival at the property of $ 50.00, for cases of 2 pets or more. !!!

Obs3: Discounts can be given according to the period, number of people and number of days requested. In case of change of period, number of people or days, (after already negotiated lease amount), we will recalculate the amounts on the new proposed request and new discounts may be given;

Obs4: The prices here automatically calculated, DO NOT refer to periods of CHRISTMAS, REVEILLON and CARNAVAL. (For these dates we operate with packages. Ask us about these prices);

Obs5: Normal Daily Rates are always counted with entry at 12:00 and leaving at 12:00. (we consider it to be slept nights).
In the case of HOLIDAYS, we check in and out at free times and the daily rates are counted as BUSY DAYS; (there may be value adjustments in these cases)

Obs6: Payment Methods:
a) - Reservations more than 2 months in advance: (25% + 25% + 50% upon arrival)
b) - Reservations less than 2 months in advance: (50% + 50% upon arrival);

Note8: In case of withdrawal, we will not return the amounts already deposited as a reserve. Contact us about our cancellation policy, and learn about possible ways to relocate dates.

Obs9) - Only people within the requested package can have access to the interior of the property. Therefore avoid visits or festive gatherings of third parties in the property. Questions or requests for visits or friends, contact us for possible release or additional charge;
