Wonderful home next to shore, parks, NYC ferry!
Sit back and enjoy with your family in a place that has everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation! Take a walk to one of the nearby to free beaches or on the Henry Hudson Trail, to enjoy nature. Hungry? There are tons of excellent restaurants nearby including Bahr's Landing, Proving Ground, and One Willow . This place has it all!

Large living room with kitchen, dining room, and guest bathroom in the first floor, 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the second floor. The driveway can comfortably hold 2 cars and there is free parking on the street as well. Both floors have a balcony from where you can enjoy the sunrise and there is an ample deck in the backyard to relax under the shade of Oak trees in the backyard.
Guest will have access to entire house except the ground floor which has a separate entrance through the garage and will be reserved for owner's use.
