Disney trip

The house was great...a few stumbles the first two days dealing with an HVAC and TV issue, but they were taken care of and we truly enjoyed our vacation! Reunion is a beautiful resort and access to Disney parks was great.

House was a little outdated. Not enough pots and pans in the kitchen. Coffee machine didn't work. Vacuum was also broken. Couches and chairs were dirty. Pool was old and in need of an update. Mattresses were soft in all rooms. Upstairs was too hot and downstairs too cold. Beach towels were more like regular towels. Would not book this house again.

Beautiful and clean home

This home was beautifully decorated and clean! The only reason it was a great instead of an outstanding was the not being able to come in and out of garage or an entry point from the back of the home. With three young kiddos it wasn't very convenient to unload all three in the back garage parking driveway then have to carry them to front of home to enter. Would highly recommend the homeowner put a keypad entry to the door by the pool in back if the garage is not an option to enter. Thank you so much !! We really enjoyed our stay other then that south inconvenience.

Bait + switch

Worst Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. We were two moms traveling with our daughters to the AAU National volleyball tournament, and there was ZERO communication from the property manager. Had no clue how to get into the house, AND they sent us the wrong address initially which was 30 minutes away from the actual house. Then they required us to go to the resort front desk to get a door code to the house which was more time wasted. They never told us the WiFi information and the pool was very dirty when we got there. The front desk of the resort was very nice, but they have no control of this Vrbo or the extreme lack of communication from it. This all felt like a scam.

Golf Buddies Trip

The bedroom arrangements worked well for our four golfers. House could use a little updating. Showers were a little weak. Convenient location and easy check in and check out. Maintenance came quickly when a tv remote would not work. Will likely stay at Reunion again as it is convenient to golf and restaurants.
