Plus, the newly renovated interior will be a relaxing oasis from all the beach, pool, and sun activities outside. Don't forget you are only a 2 min walk to the beach, a 5 min walk to Wanna Wanna or Kelly's, and a short drive to all other eating and entertainment. This house will be the icing on your already fabulous South Padre Island trip!

Great South Padre Spot

The biggest thing that made our trip a success was how responsive, helpful and considerate the owner was. The house itself is great for large groups and you can't beat the location.

Very beautiful clean home with private pool. Had all the accommodations for my family. My children had a wonderful time. Loved that it was a short 2 min walk to beach. Management was very attentive will definitely be returning back.

Dream house at SPI

This house was a dream! A close walk to the beach with a public access point. The house was beautiful and clean. The layout worked perfectly for our family. We loved the pool. It was easy to use the washer and dryer. We could cook in the kitchen. All appliances worked well. Air conditioner was great. We loved the deck and outdoor areas as well. Highly recommend!

Spectacular home

Perfect location. Lest than 5 min walk to the beach. Plenty of beds. Home very very clean. The only thing that somewhat caused problems…Texas weather. Lots of rain for us, minor flooding around SPI, but meeting up with family was priceless!! Thanks to our wonderful host, we plan to return next summer if she’ll have us!😉

South Padre vacation

Very nice place. Excellent and well appointed kitchen. Nice pool and covered patio (under upper deck) to help beat the heat. Centrally located to SPI and half block to the beach. Overall, a great house for a beach vacation.

Had the opportunity to stay at the Sweet Carolyn for an extended weekend - and it was simply perfect. Our host had thought of everything for our stay. Perfect Padre Pad!

We had 2 families stay here and had plenty of space. The kids really liked the loft upstairs. We all enjoyed the outdoor covered area by the pool with picnic tables and plenty of space to play or relax. They layout was great for our needs, the house was really clean and stocked with essentials, and the property manager was very responsive. Oh, and a very easy walk to the beach!

My brother and I took our families (9 in all) to South Padre for 5 days. Jaclyn, has an ideal place to stay. There was plenty of space for everyone. The beach was right across the street and the pool was a good place to hang out at night after everyone had enough of the sand. We brought more stuff than we needed. This house has everything. Pool toys, ping pong table, grill, beer fridge and anything else you can think of. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils. The convenience store on the corner has anything that was forgotten. No need to go to the larger grocery stores. Will definitely come back next time we are in Padre!

Family Reunion

All out expectations were exceeded at this Beach House. We were minutes away from the Beach and walked there several times. At times we had 15 people coming and going and we never felt crowded. This place is great for large families. I thought we would never use the pool because we were so close to the beach, but it was windy and hot and the pool got lots of use. I could not have asked for a better location and a better House. Hopefully we will visit here again. Thanks to Jacyln for awesome communication and being willing to help with anything

Amazingly clean, spacious and easy beach access

Our stay was excellent, the home is spacious and very clean. I will not stay anywhere else in SPI, we really felt pampered. Everything you need is in this home from cooking pots, grill outside with a huge covered patio with picnic tables, 2 hammocks and a table to play ping pong next to pool. The air conditioner works extremely well which is a must in Texas heat. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to take to the beach along with and ice chest and a cart. This was awesome, we did not have to bring anything from home or buy any items. We simply brought clothes and food. We loved the garage space to remove the doors on our jeep and cruise around the island. Customer service is amazing, Jaclyn was quick to respond from where is the light switch for outdoor lighting to recommending very tasty restaurants. Please stop by Wanna-Wanna beach bar and grill for Ceviche it is the best, walking distance from the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay with a group

My friends and I enjoy taking trips together and we're a pretty big group so it's not always easy to accommodate us. However, this house fit the bill - plenty of room for all of us so we didn't feel cramped, nice and clean, comfortable sleeping spaces, and a pool! Not to mention that the beach is just a short walk away as is our group's favorite beach bar, Wanna Wanna. Next time we come to South Padre, we'll definitely plan on staying here again!

Best House on South Padre

The house has everything you could want! It had plenty of space for everyone and we had 14 in our party and 7 were kids. The outdoor space was amazing and the private pool was perfect. The owner is great and always there to help with all your needs. If you are looking for a big house for your group this is the one.

It was as described in previous reviews. Adorable place, clean and well kept, convenient location. It's hard to tell the layout from the photos but you walk into the living/kitchen area. Then there's a hallway with the master bed/bath on the left and two guestrooms and a bath on the right. Then the loft upstairs has all of the built-in twins on the right and two nooks with entertainment areas on the left, all open to each other and a bath in the middle. It was especially great for families, easy to divide up. You take your chances sometimes when renting a place unseen but this was worth it. Owner was accessible and responded quickly with questions. Thanks so much.

Beautiful and we'll maintained Property

This house had everything plus more to offer our large family. The interior of the house was beautiful and spacious. The exterior was were we wanted to be. We spent every evening as a family eating under the patio, playing cards and watching the kids swimming in the pool. The house made our trip the best one ever.
